The Journuy Toward Freedom. Inspiration by Saint John of the Cross.

The Bachelor thesis with the title The journey toward freedom: Inspired by Saint John of the Cross sets oneself a goal to inform readers about spirituality and teaching of Saint John of the Cross. It tries to interdigitate two the most famous writings of Saint John of the Cross - it is the book The Ascent of the Mount Carmel and the book The Dark Night - with the Bible. The topic of the freedom is the main topic of the Bachelor thesis, especially the process of liberation the man from something and toward something. In the first part of the Bachelor thesis the reader gets to know the basic informations about life of Saint John of the Cross; about roots of Saint John ́s teaching; what is the foundation of the man and at the same time what is the aim of the one' s life and for which he is calling. Next what is the cause for necesarry free oneself. In the next chapters the reader learns about the important symbols, counsels and rules of Saint John' s teaching and toward which he is inviting the man with his teaching. The second part of the Bachelor thesis deals in detail with individual parts of the process of liberation leads through the "dark night" all the way to the "transcendental union" the soul with the God, ergo to the "absolute freedom". The conception of freedom in Bernhard Häring

Anglická anotace (English annotation) Name of thesis: The Conception of Freedom by Bernhard Häring The thesis presents the concept of significant moral theologist Bernhard Häring and essential perspectives of his moral theology. The main theme of the thesis is the essay about his theology of creative freedom in fidelity and responsibility and about his posititon with regard to the moral perfection of human beings. Häring brings the synthesis of the fundamental ideas of moral code: Freedom and submission or the limitation of freedom by faith. The author is concerned with the question: What is the meaning of freedom in Christ and what is the importance of the influence of the world and education in the formation and maturation of human beings and in their growth in fairness, freedom and love. The event of freedom (liberation) is for him identical to the highest revelation of the freedom of God: To the death of Christ on the cross. That's why Häring begins his teaching about christian freedom in effort of understanding of Christ in which he sees as the real sign and source of freedom. Häring emphasises the importace of the community of the faith and dialogical aspect of faith on the horizontal and vertical level. Sexuality of People with Mental Disability from the Perspective of Ethics and Human Rights

The work focuses people with mental disabilities; its issue is the ethical reflexion of social conditions leading to the realisation of that people's rights in the sphere of sexuality. The work's target is to map the current situation, to point at ethical dilemmas and to search possibilities how to approach the existing problems with respect and reverence to the human dignity and equality from the socialJwork point of view. The work is divided into three parts. The first one attends to the mental retardation, its definition and classification. It defines the affection in light of 4 psychology and specific exposures in sexuality. The following part concerns with morality, its philosophy, especially the Christian work's ethics and the morality principles of socialJwork. It presents human rights as the basic criterion of the operation in socialJwork. The third part follows the existing methods of socialJwork in the sphere of the sexuality of people with mental disabilities. It determinates its legislative frame and the criterions of the quality of socialJwork; it points at the ethical dilemmas of the current approach. Bachelor document "Ethical tissue in the palliative car" has as a first objective to map the areas in which the categories as the death, dying, care about dying person, care about long-time ill are relevant and see them from the angle of the ethic and ethical approaches. Because of the fact of the reason to include also the view of the biomedicine results, I was using the name of tissue. My graduate thesis introduces the issue "depth psychology interpretation of stories from Gospel according st. Mark." The text focusses on the discussion about different methods interpretation of Scriptures. They are different from the approach and the scientific procedure. The First part of my graduate thesis contains issues as theological ethics, interpretation of Bible, context of Gospel according st. Mark and autobiography of Eugen Drewermann, the autor of the text. Among the others this part I am discussing how to read Bible in the present time. The second part of my graduate thesis describes the stories from Gospel according st. Mark: The healing of a demon possessed man, A dead girl and a sick woman.
