Petra Matoušková, Ph.D. Advisor PharmDr. Ivan Vokřál, Ph.D. Title of Doctoral Thesis Anthelmintics in the environment: circulation, metabolism and effects This dissertation investigates the environmental impact of anthelmintics, specifically focusing on their circulation, metabolism, and effects in the environment. The primary objective was to explore the extent to which anthelmintics, particularly albendazole, affect plants under laboratory and field conditions and the potential for these effects to contribute to drug resistance in parasites. The study used an analytical technique, UHPLC-MS/MS, to monitor the uptake and biotransformation of albendazole and biochemical assays to asses phytotoxicity in plants like alfalfa and clover. Field experiments demonstrated the circulation of albendazole and its metabolites from sheep dung to plants and back to the sheep, indicating continuous environmental exposure. The theme of the dissertation is design of new building of community center with a vicarage. The building is designed as a flat for a vicar, office of a vicar, new rooms for meeting of the churchgoers and new garden. The vicarage is designed near of church. The vicagareis designed in an area, which is prepare for building of cottages. The old vicacare is in old house in the other part of street Kostelní, than is the church. Existing flat for the vicar is unsuitable. Theobject is designed with one or two floors. The object is designed of tree parts: living part – a flat of the vicar and a flat for visitors, a community center – a parish hall and a hygienic rooms, an office part – an office of a the vicar and a clubroom. All parts of building are divide with fiction, design and used materials. The building is designed with a traditional materials as wood, concrete, masonry. The shape of building is designed from three diferent blocks. An parish hall i designed with rectangle layout, in the hall are designed two windows. The north-west corner of hal lis designed higher than other part sof room, because this corner is situated to church. This window is designed with frame in cross shape. The second window is connection between the garden and hall. The external fasade is designed from smooth concrete with links, that are designed in cross kapes. The links are designe as some crosses, that are designed in gold section. The office of vicar is designed with wood arc beams. The external fasade is designed from titanzinc sheets. The fasade is designed as wall and roof. The end fasades are designed from glass walls, because wood beams are a dominant of this part of building. The living part of building is designed with two floors. Th structure is designed with traditional technologies from masonry and concrete or wood slabs.

(hyper- prefixoid? gr.? large, redundant, exaggerated) Shop fast. Shop efficiently. Close to. At the best price. Economically advantageous. Timesaving. Check-in and save time. Glory to the hypermarket. Finally, the effort to save time with shopping under one roof and the valuable idea of spending time with family or close friends somehow doesn't work. Trade and the market mean the movement of people, and it is not entirely possible for it to be marginalized. Because people are drawn where there are people, where there is business. Pulling from the city, the streets to closed worlds. To the boxes that are not interested in being part of the city. Except they still are. Even though they build a wall of parking spaces around them and operate on their island, they are still part of the city, although they do not want to see it. They are so looked at themselves that they also let people look only at themselves. Maybe they're just setting up a human mirror. What will be and what could be different in the future when looking for answers, what about empty spaces. How to answer it today. I come up with a specific example of a hyper-surplus-market in Bardejov, which remained after the departure of the Hypernova chain from the commercial market. The city lacks a hall that could be replaced by a sports hall deck. A hall where seniors would occasionally go to see their grandchildren's performances or where the petty bourgeoisie could enjoy and provoke the local amateur theatre. However, where teenagers would come to spend their free time even during a normal day, mothers would have a replacement for the park on cold days and people could find space to start their own business.

Architectural Proposal of Building in Area of Air Port Brno Medlánky

Project presents the vision of the new Medlánky airport infrastructure, which is nowadays uncared, confused and without any possibility of expansion. The intention is create clear and well-arranged extensible structure. Safety of aircraft operations is the highest priority. New airport infrastructure should provide quality facilities for club members and pleasant surroundings for visitors. Every building has to declare its function on the first sight. Shapes and material solutions of primary buildings are inspired by aircrafts. Service buildings are low, flat and orthogonal. Simplicity is important, because aircrafts – machines have star part.

This bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of financial situation of company Liponova, a.s. and proposals for its improvement in the period of 2014 to 2018. The evaluation of company is based on the methods of financial analysis, which are describe in detail in the theoretical part. In the practical part of the thesis are theoretical knowledge applied to specific company and financial analysis is realize. The conclusion of bachelor thesis is devoted to the proposed measures, which are determined on the results obtained.

Assessment of the Economic Situation of a Company Using Statistical Methods

The diploma thesis deals with assessment of the economic situation of a selected company Liponova, a.s. using statistical methods. The first part of the thesis is focused on the theoretical basis, which describes financial indicators, time series, regression and correlation analysis. In the analytical part, theoretical knowledge is applied to the calculation of selected financial indicators, part of which is selected for the application of statistical analysis, which further serves as a prediction of developments in the next two years. The conclusion of the diploma thesis is devoted to the proposed measures that lead to the improvement of the economic situation of the selected company.

Restoration of vanished roads and railways connetcting Moravia to Lower Austria

The project deals with the restoration of the railway connecting Hevlin and Laa an der Thaya. The renovation of the railway station in Hevlin is divided into individual stages. The first stage consists of conversion of the Art Nouveau expedition building in the museum. In the next stage a platform will be built and adjacent sites will be re-arranged. An important step at this phase is the roof construction for the future expedition building. The roofing will serve for summer cultural events or markets. This new utilization will benefit from free flat space of the platform. The last step is completion of perimeter walls and the building will serve as a railway station. After construction of bridge the railway connection between Hevlin and Laa an der Thaya will be reopened. Another railway between Brno and Vienna will be created as well. The aim of the study is to strengthen relation of neiborougs from South Moravia and LowerAustria.
