Remuneration System of Workers in a Chosen Company
Zaoral, Vít ; Mareček, Ondřej (referee) ; Konečný, Štěpán (advisor)
This diploma thesis focuses on the remuneration system of workers in a chosen company PiTV – StarMedia s.r.o. The thesis is divided into three parts – a theoretical part, a practical part, and a proposal of a solution and its benefits. The first part contains theoretical basis. The practical part introduces the company, analyzes the current state of the remuneration system in the company, it also contains the research obtained by interviews, and the analysis of its results. The last part is a proposal of a solution and its benefits, an innovation of the current remuneration system.

Body composition in patients with idiopathic inflammatory myopathies
Mareček, Ondřej ; Česák, Petr (advisor) ; Kinkorová, Ivana (referee)
Title: Body composition in patients with idiopatic inflammatory myopathies Objectives: The aim of this study was to compare selected parameters of body composition in patients with idiopathic inflammatory myopathies (IIM) with age- and sex-matched healthy controls (HC). Another objective was to evaluate the effect of selected clinical parameters in patients with IIM on the detectedvariability of the parameters of body composition and on physical activity of patients. Methods: The research sample consisted of 84 individuals (54 IIM, 30 HC). In anthropometry, we measured: body height (cm), weight (kg) and BMI (kg/m2 ). Using bioelectrical impedance analysis BIA 2000-M we obtained values: total body water (TBW in%), muscle mass (LBM in kg), body fat (BF in%) cell mass of lean body mass (BCM of FFM in%), and the proportion of extracellular/intracellular matrix (ECM/BCM). Using Lunar series iDXA we obtained values: muscle mass (LBM in kg), body fat (BF in %), bone mineral density (BMD in g/cm3 ), and visceral fat (Visceral in kg). To these measured values we added a questionnaire on physical activity Human Acitvity Profile (HAP). Statistics: T-test, Mann Whitney U test, Cohen's d, and Partialeta-squared. Results: Selected values (mean ± SD): body height: IIM 164.7 ± 9.1 cm, HC 170.3 ± 7 cm; body weight:...

Why did ETA leave violence as a mean of achieving its goals?
Mareček, Ondřej ; Kasáková, Zuzana (advisor) ; Mejstřík, Martin (referee)
The bachelor thesis studies the terrorist group ETA and its development in the second half of the 20th century and focuses on its retreating popularity at the beginning of the 21st century. Leaving violence as a mean of achieving the Basque Independence in 2011 will be the newest event for my work. In the paper I will focus on changing public opinion on the ETA group, which goes hand in hand with the democratization process and the loss of legitimacy of armed resistance. Next, I will monitor the extent to which the Spanish federal government was fighting this group and the influence on such success of Spain's entry into the EU. Loss of public opinion support further delegitimize the ETA's activities. The work also discusses the Basque political parties, especially extremist ones and the development of their popularity over time. The conclusion of the paper will outline where nationalist terrorism in the Basque country can go further or whether it is a closed chapter in Spanish history. However, given the history of the breach of truce by the ETA, it is probably just a short interim period.

Using of the Riemannian integral for mathematical and physical calculus
MAREČEK, Ondřej
The theoretical part of the thesis includes introduction of Riemann integral and its qualities, introduction of function of more variables, introduction of double and triple Riemann integral and physical applications of integral. The practical part includes derivation of general area formulas for different shapes and volume formulas for different solids, in some examples there are shown different ways of solution. The practical part also includes the use of Riemann integral for the determination of centre of mass, of statical moments and moments of inertia of objects.
