Bachelor’s thesis is focused on the design of reconstruction of the single-track railway Kunovice – Staré Město u Uherského Hradiště in the section km 2,9 – 6,0. Within the thesis is solved the construction of the superstructure with the new geometric parameters of the track and roadbed construction, including drainage lines and design of work technologies. In the framework of this reconstruction will be design increase speed.
Analysis of Railway Tracks Possessions

The diploma thesis deals with organization and planning railway tracks possessions. The first part includes introduction to basic terms. The second one continues with analysis of regulation of planning railway tracks possessions provided by SŽDC. Then the thesis points at the deficiencies in relation to relations between the railway operator and operator of the railway transport. The last part analyzes the costs, additional costs and lost profits of affected entities in connection with the selected tracks possessions.

During the reconstruction it is also necessary to solve railway crossing according to the regulations and the recontruction of the drainage.

This thesis deals with measurement issues in psychology, specifically online diagnostics of spatial abilities. It gives a brief look on psychological construct of intelligence and methods of measuring it, currently in the context of the most spread theory of intelligence C-H-C (Cattell- Horn-Carroll). This thesis focuses on ability called „Visualization“, that is understood as the ability to process visual perceptions and manipulate them in our imagination. The thesis includes functional software, which is made for online computer testing of spatial abilities in children of preschool, or school age.

Automatic ECG signal quality assesment

This thesis deals with issues of automatic quality estimation of ECG signals. The main aim of this thesis is to implement own algorithm for classifying ECG signals into three classes of quality. Theoretical part of the thesis contains mostly description of recording electrical activity of the heart, anatomy and physiology of the heart, electrocardiography, different types of ECG signals interference and two of the chosen methods for quality estimation. Implementation of the chosen methods is presented in the practical part. Result of this thesis are two implemented algorithms, which are based on methods described in the theoretical part. The first of two is based on detection of R-waves, validation of physiological assumptions and the subsequent calculation of the correlation coefficient between adaptive template and interfered signal. Second is based on calculation of a continuous SNR value over time, which is then thresholded. The robustness of the methods was verified on the three specified real ECG signals, which are all available on UBMI including annotation of specific signal parts. Those 24-hour long signals were recorded by Holter monitor, which is described in the theoretical part of the thesis. Achieved results of individual methods, including their comparison with annotation and statistical evaluation are presented in the conclusion of this thesis.
Objectification and differences of strength and speed in young elite soccer players.

Author: Martin Procházka Title: Objectification and differences of strength and speed in young elite soccer players Objective: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to objectify and compare selected strength and speed abilities in young elite football players of the U16 category at AC Sparta Prague club. A sub-objective of this work is to compare the results within the tested group of players and provide an overall comparison of the measured data. Methods: The research sample consisted of 21 players. Laboratory testing included the diagnosis of body composition, measurement of thigh muscle strength, and testing explosive strength of the lower limbs. Field testing comprised a 5 m, 10 m, and 30 m sprint acceleration test, a 5-0-5 agility test, and a maximal 20 m linear sprint test. Results: The analysis of players showed significant disparities in the strenght of the anterior and posterior thigh muscles. Goalkeepers excelled in tests of explosive strenght in the lower limbs. In measurements of acceleration speed, forwards achieved the best times, while defenders exhibited slower results. Overall, there is a notable variability in the movement abilities of players depending on their positions on the field. Influence of specific intervention exercise with aim to skill improvement of no-dominant leg in youth football players

Topic: The effect of a specific intervention program with focus to improve the work of the non-dominant limb in young soccer players Goals: The goal of the thesis is to verify a specific intervention program aimed atm improving the individual's selected gaming activities and the work of the non- dominant limb. Methods: The movement program took place in the period 2. 3. 2023 until 6. 4. 2023. The studied group consisted of 23 probands in the age range of 10-11 years. The test battery was measured with a manual stopwatch. Results: The intervention program had a positive impact on the individual. For the vast majority of probands, there was an improvement in game activities during selected exercises. In 95 % of the probands, there was an average improvement in work with the non-dominant limb by 1.57 seconds. Thanks to this program, not only did the observed values decrease, but it also helped to improve the perception of the importance of working on the non-dominant limb. Objectification, comparison, and degree of association of maladaptive indicators in athletes Aim: The aim of this study was to identify bilateral and unilateral asymmetries in different components of neuromuscular testing among young athletes, and compare these asymmetries with respect to sport type, age group, performance level, and gender. The secondary aim was to assess the degree of association between types of asymmetry (morphological, balance, strength, and running asymmetry). Methods: The sample population consisted of young male and female athletes aged 10 to 19 with various sports specializations. The participants were grouped by various factors: predominant characteristic of the sport (symmetrical (SY), asymmetrical (ASY), hybrid (HY)); chronological age (10-12 years, 13-15 years, 16-18 years); performance level (elite, sub-elite), and gender. Asymmetry was assessed from morphology and various neuromuscular assessments: distribution of muscle mass on the lower limbs (MA), bilateral differences in the size of the center of pressure path length (APS), maximum active (APF) and impact peak force (IPF) and force impulse (FI) at initial (Z) and final (K) running speed, bilateral asymmetry of knee extensors (Q:Q) and flexors (H:H), and H:Q ratio (unilateral asymmetry) at three angular velocities...
