It furthermore includes crane design and strength calculations according to valid norms. Technical documentation of assembly and weldment of cantilever is attached to this thesis.
Carried mounder intended for mechanical preparation of soil for reforestation
Bloudíček, Jan ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Mergl, Václav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis presents a comprehensive design of a mounted mounder for a tractor in the performance class up to 110 kW. The initial research is focused on methods of soil treatment, machine design concepts, determination of the type of impeller wheel propulsion. It serves as the basis for the design of a planer primarily usable in a forest environment. The output of the design is a complete CAD model of the planer assembly. The work includes calculations of the necessary power for the propulsion of the mounder and determination of the type of propulsion for turning the impeller wheel, including calculations to verify the created model. The result of the work is a complete mounder assembly with drawing documentation.
Sub-mesh sorter conveyor
Knopp, Libor ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is engineering design of sub-mesh sorter conveyor. Engineering design and choice of components are based on functional calculations, which is solved according to standards ČSN ISO 5048. The bachelor thesis contains conceptual design, functional calculations, choice of components and engineering design supplemented by technical drawing.
Tractor trailer for transporting hop vines
Koláček, Lukáš ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a tractor trailer for transporting hop vines. The first part contains a research analysis of similar trailers and legislation. In the next part is analysed construction of the trailer, analytical calculations of dimensional and functional properties and chosing components. The last part consists of strength analysis critical points of the frame and chosen construction details with its evaluation. Partial drawing documentation is also included.
Bucket elevator for transporting glass shards
Kopecký, Michal ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the functional design of a bucket elevator for transporting glass shards with a lifting height of 10 meters and a nominal transport capacity of 60 tons per hour. The research part provides a brief introduction to the issues of bucket elevators and the current market for such elevators. In the subsequent sections, functional calculations are performed, and the selection of individual components is made. Lastly, the strength calculation of the drive shaft and sealing rings, as well as the bearing life assessment, are conducted. The thesis includes accompanying drawing documentation.
Tracked chassis for modular superstructures
Ržonca, Ján ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the conceptual design of a tracked chassis for modular superstructures. In the introductory chapters of the thesis, currently used constructions of crawler chassis and their parts will be discussed. Subsequently, a conceptual design of the chassis will be created, its properties and parameters will be calculated, selected elements of the structure will be detailly designed and their strength analysis will be performed. In the last part of the work, chassis superstructures will be model designed, and their use will be described.
Powertrain systems of forest machines of the CTL technology
Janík, Richard ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Mergl, Václav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis contains a research analysis of drive systems of forest machines of harvester technology. At the beginning, harvester technology machines and their functions are described. The next chapters deal with the drive systems of these machines. The main topic is hybrid drive systems, which are divided into individual categories in this work, and diagrams of drive systems of specific harvester technology machines are created and described.
Triple bogie axle for forestry machines
Kubiš, Michal ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Mergl, Václav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design of a triple bogie axle for forestry machines. The thesis includes the following aspects: a description of the advantages of using a triple bogie axle, determination of the machine and its operating conditions, the design solution od the axle, and the design of the traction force transmission. The computational parts deals with basic strength calculations of the transmission components such as pins, shaft and shaft splines.
Recycling machines for processing small amounts of inert mineral construction and demolition waste
Hroch, Tobiáš ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is critical research of existing technical solutions of machines for the processing of construction and demolition waste and the conceptual design of a small crushing machine. The review includes both a general analysis and a description of specific machines. The conceptual part elaborates the design of a small mobile crushing machine including the actual justification, strength check and overall equipment assembly.
Spiral conveyor
Matoušek, Martin ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the structural design of a spiral screw conveyor. In the introduction, a research is carried out, which is focused on the description of existing design solutions of conveyors. At the same time the main parts of the spiral screw conveyor are described. With regard to the basic characteristics of the conveyed materials, the applicability of the conveyor is analysed. Subsequently, the material to be conveyed is selected. Furthermore, a functional calculation is carried out, which corresponds to the information given in the literature. Based on the results of the calculation, the individual components are selected. A control strength calculation is carried out for the force-stressed components. Finally, a detailed design of the conveyor structure is made, which is outlined in a drawing of the spiral assembly and weldment.
