This diploma thesis is dealing with rebuilding of a lift with load 1000 kg into lift with load 1500 kg. This thesis is mainly intent on dimensioning of propulsion and choosing of traction means. The frame cage of a lift is counted by MKP analysis.

Cultural Imagination: The Science Fiction Genre Impact upon Our Mental Concepts of the Future

This diploma thesis deals with the study of the collective imagination. It studies and observes variable linkages between spectator as well as productive imagination to the cultural environment, as they occur during the second half of the twentieth century, overlapping into the twenty-first century. The primary areas of research are predominantly literary and film works of the science fiction genre. The research is conducted using mainly discoursive analysis method, however, the thesis has its theoretical groundings in media studies, partly also in the fields of political theory, in the theory of fictional worlds, intercultural studies and philosophy of science. Employed approaches are purposefully tied to more or less closed case studies, which form the thematic content of individual chapters.

Rights of a child under the jurisdiction of bodies reponsible for social and legal protection of children

Resumé v cizím jazyce Children rights in scope of a state authority of the socio-legal protection of children. In this thesis I deal with children, their fundamental rights and with protection of these rights with focus on the state authority of the socio-legal protection of children as a state authority, which specializes in this issue. The thesis consists of four parts because of better lucidity but in regard of the subject matter they blend together. The main goal of this thesis is not a detail description of single aspects of the topic, but rather an effort to descript mutual interactions of those aspects, to see it as an integral complex and thus support better interpretation and application of the provision of respective statutes. In the first part I deal with the concept of children rights itself - what is it, why should be rights of children regulated differently form right of the remaining of population and what particular rights arise from both Czech and international law. I focus mainly on those sources of law, which are generally said to be more important and which specializes in governing rights of children and amongst them in addition I focus on international treaties. Joint property of spouses

This work deals with legal institute of joint property of spouses in czech law. It describes historical development of legal rules in the 20th century. The work deals with concept of joint property of spouses, it's commencement and content (both property and obligations). It describes it's use and maintenance and possibilities of modification done by either judicial decision or by an agreement. Apart from that it presents also protection of third parties in relation to joint property of spouses, relation of legal rules to private international law and main changes which are about to be done by the new civil code.

Perspectives of the Merchandise Trade between the Czech Republic and the Republic of Korea and Indonesia

The main goal of this thesis is to analyze the merchandise trade of the Czech Republic with the Republic of Korea and with the Republic of Indonesia and to forecast possible areas of Czech export. The main indicators used for the analysis are: macroeconomic and demographic data of each economy, ratings of international organisations, specifics of Korean and Indonesian markets and values and flows of international trade with a detailed focus on the Czech Republic, the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Indonesia. These indicators were observed mainly in the period of 2001-2015.
