This diploma thesis deals with the problem of lead generation using online marketing tools on the example of the specific Comprimato product. This work analyses the state and the environment in which the company is before launching the campaign. The results of the analysis are reflected in the practical part, where the lead generation strategy is described. Also, an economic evaluation of the campaign and recommendations how to improve the campaign in the future is included.

This master’s thesis deals with the design and realization of support software tool for production capacity planning in selected company. Functionality of the application will be designed according to theoretical findings (from the area of process management and business informatics) and analysis of business processes and user requirements. Final support tool should facilitate all management decisions regarding long-term planning of production and will be implemented in Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic for Applications.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is to design and create a database system for more efficient operation of the car service. The main part of the work is the elaboration of both theoretical and practical design of a database system according to the specific requirements of the company. Creating a database system will use the sql query language in the Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio environment. After elaboration and testing, it will be possible to implement a database system into an information system in classic operation.

Master’s thesis is focused on design for e-shop implementation as a service for company called VALMAX LED ECO s.r.o. The design is executed in the form of a project. Thesis is divided into 4 main parts. Firstly the necessary theoretical basis is gathered. Then analyses of external and internal environment are conducted, the current and desired state of the company are presented in the next part followed by practical chapter, where there is specifically stated how to proceed with e-shop implementation for a new customer.
