The bachelor’s thesis is focused on the measurement and evaluation of financial performance of the company ALTA a.s. for the period of 2015-2019. The first part of the thesis concludes the theoretical basis, the second part evaluates business performance using methods of strategic and financial analysis. Third part contains practical suggestions for improving the economic situation of the company.

This thesis focuses on the comprehensive evaluation of the investment project for housing construction in Brno. In the paper I will first focus on the economic evaluation of the project and will define the conditions of the project for its acceptability and feasibility. Next, I will focus on the possibilities of the project sale and the associated risk analysis. The last section focuses on a separate proposal of promotional ways and a way of financing for the end customer.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the business plan for setting up a pralines-shop in Pardubice. In the first part there are stated the theoretical foundations of the business plan. The developed business plan is based on market analysis and marketing research. It also includes a marketing plan, an implementation plan and a financial plan for following years of business. In conclusion, the busines plan is evaluated by return methods.

This diploma thesis entitled "Design of Promotion Strategie in the Hospitality Industry - a Comparable Study for the Czech Republic and Ireland" addresses strategic practices in different countries and further applies them. The aim was to assess whether it is possible to apply the same advertising procedures as in Ireland at domestic country. The evaluation was carried out on the basis of a semi-structured interview with a Irish resident working in the hospitality industry and a questionnaire survey which took place in the Czech Republic. In the conclusion the are formulated specific steps inspired by Ireland which can be applied in the Czech Republic.

The subject of the bachelor work is processing a business plan for potentional bistro bar in the middle of multifunctional space for people across every generation and their interests in the Břeclav. The work is divided into two main parts. They are theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, there is literally research and definition of main ideas. The business plan for this bistro bar in the multifuncional hall is conduced in the practical part, which is completed by analysis, plans and calculations.

The Analysis of Company Financial Position

The subject of my bachelor work is to make estimation of the financial health of the concrete sign based on the financial-analytical methods. Work consists of free basic parts. The first one deals with the theoretical pieces of knowledge, which are practically used for the financial analysing of the concrete sign in the second part. The third part summarises the overall financial situation of the sign and presents the proposals to it’s improvement.

This master‘s thesis deals with the evaluation of the business performance and financial situation of the company DTS Vrbenský, a.s. in the years 2015 to 2019 using selected methods of business performance analysis. The work focuses mainly on intercompany comparison of performance. In addition to the outputs from the company's benchmarking, the work also contains processed strategic analyzes. Based on the performed analyzes, the weaknesses of the company are identified and solutions are proposed to improve the current situation.

The aim of the Diploma thesis on the topic „Evaluation of the financial situation of a selected international company and proposals for its improvement“ is the elaboration and evaluation of the financial situation of Aircraft Industries, a.s., a leading Czech manufacturer of commercial aircraft, for the period 2014 to 2018. This thesis is divided into three main parts. In the first part is processed the theoretical background needed to perform a financial analysis. The second part contains general information about the analyzed company and the actual processing of the financial analysis. Based on the results, the last part of this thesis proposes measures and recommendation to improve the financial situation of the company.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with evaluation of the company’s financial situation and then proposals for it’s improvement. Bachelor’s thesis will be based on financial statements in the years 2016-2020 and it is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part I will be explaining the basic concepts of financial analysis, which I will then use in the practical part for specific calculations according to real company data. At the end of the thesis I will describe my proposals to improve the financial situation in the company.
