Simulation of component assembly in virtual reality
Škubal, Karel ; Lacko, Branislav (referee) ; Hůlka, Tomáš (advisor)
Virtual reality is created by tricking the brain by displaying a single scene on a two-dimensional plane, generating an image from a slightly shifted perspective for each eye. This creates the illusion of a three-dimensional space, with which, by the help of suitable software, it is also possible to simulate interactions with virtual objects. Possible interactions between objects include their assembly, from simple stacking of cubes on top of each other, to various linking of objects by determining link conditions. In the theoretical part of this thesis, some possibilities of working with objects in virtual reality are explained, including examples of possible uses. After that there is a comparison of some software tools for creating a virtual environment. In the practical part, the process of creating models and the conditions for their assembly is more detailed, including the specific procedure used to create a simulation of the assembly of three test computer builds with different combinations of selected components with designated restrictions.
Risks of workplaces with collaborative robots
Vítek, Ondřej ; Konečný, Antonín (referee) ; Lacko, Branislav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the analysis of safety standards and risks for industrial robots. Information regarding the risks of robots, their workplaces, and techniques for their assessment are processed in a research way. In the beginning, terms important for robotics are defined and clarified. Furthermore, the work will summarize essential standards that concern robots. Subsequently, individual parts of ISO standards and other specifications related to industrial and collaborative robots will be analyzed. In the last part, the bachelor’s thesis is devoted to measures for the application of standards in practice. Possible risk mitigations and appropriate recommendations are described here. Measures and safety of robots with regard to connection to the computer network will be mentioned thematically.
Universal Robots UR3 - communication between the robot and PLC
Augustin, Luboš ; Lacko, Branislav (referee) ; Lang, Stanislav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of communication between a collaborative robot UR3 from Universal Robots and a PLC from B&R. Through a motion task, the thesis demonstrates the establishment of communication between the robot and the PLC using the PROFINET communication standard. In addition to the implementation of the communication, the thesis also focuses on research about robotics, PROFINET protocol, B&R and Universal Robots.
Education of artificial intelligence in extracurricular education
Szymeczek, Martin ; Hůlka, Tomáš (referee) ; Lacko, Branislav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of artificial intelligence. After the introductory part, key concepts and the historical development of artificial intelligence from ancient times to the present are presented. The third part is focused on the impact of artificial intelligence on Industry 4.0 and describes the advantages and disadvantages of its implementation. The fourth part is focused on the education of artificial intelligence in secondary schools. The final fifth part introduces a proposal for posters for VIDA! Brno as a means of supporting the education of artificial intelligence in extracurricular education.
Risk Management in the Selected Organisation
Koporcová, Paulína ; Lacko, Branislav (referee) ; Doskočil, Radek (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of risk management in the selected organization. The object of investigation is a medium-sized bakery in Slovakia, which specializes in the production and subsequent sale of bakery and confectionery products. The risks of the selected organization are subject to investigation. The goal of the thesis is to apply theoretical knowledge in the field of risk management and assess those already existing in the company using tools for measuring and evaluating risks. After the identification and analysis of potential risks, proposed measures to improve the current state of the company while minimizing possible risks are presented. The results of the work provide benefits for company management and at the same time contribute to the development of knowledge in the field of risk management.
Design of automated transport in robotic production systems of the Industry 4.0 concept
Venkrbec, Lukáš ; Holoubek, Tomáš (referee) ; Lacko, Branislav (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the analysis of the system design and integration of automated transport in digital manufacturing of the Industry 4.0 concept. The theoretical part is devoted to the principles and standards of Industry 4.0. It also discusses the selection of an AMR autonomous mobile robot for inter-operational transport and the software to demonstrate the results obtained. Including a thorough description of the individual components. The AMR Robotino that was selected was used for the purpose of autonomous mobile transport within a cyber-physical system. Firstly, a production line was designed and assembled and the production was carried out according to the production plan. Subsequently, this line was rebuilt for the purpose of demonstrating material transport between the modules and their respective applications using AMR.
Opportunity study in Industry 4.0 projects for introducing robotization
Tihelka, Oldřich ; Simeonov, Simeon (referee) ; Lacko, Branislav (advisor)
This paper shows the meaning of project management in connection with the right understanding of the Industry 4.0 phenomenon, which could be applied to technological praxis. Key aspects of robotization within small and medium-sized enterprises are going to be analyzed, along with introducing suitable means necessary for such robotization projects being conducted successfully in terms of the pre-project phases. In conclusion, some solutions of how to possibly robotize a local small-sized car repair garage are going to be put forward.
Design of a robotic beech with a Siemens control system
Junek, Jaroslav ; Lacko, Branislav (referee) ; Němec, Zdeněk (advisor)
This work deals with the design of optimization for the production process of fittings and palletizing. This process is controlled by a PLC and there are proposals for appropriate algorithms and visualizations. He also examines the issue of MXAtomation, as a means of controlling a robot through a programmable logic controller.
Use of Modelling and Simulation in the Analysis of Operational Risks of Production Lines
Wolker, Jakub ; MSc, Martin Manga, (referee) ; Lacko, Branislav (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the use of modeling and simulation in the analysis of operational risks. Proposals for the methodology for creating a digital twin model of new and existing production lines, subsequent verification of the methodology on a specific model and also the use of the model to determine operational risks will be presented. Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation software is used to create the digital twin model and to verify risk scenarios and related experiments. The main goal of this work is to propose a suitable procedure and means that address the issue of planned benefits and risks for production line projects. This is achieved by meeting the sub-objectives that correspond to the individual proposals. The solution is based on theoretical knowledge and analysis of the assembly line, the state of value stream mapping and the data used.
Risk Management of Business Entity
