Analysis of the tools used to ensure the well-being of students of a selected elementary school and their significance from the point of view of the pupils themselves
Kubínová, Lucie ; Kočí, Jana (advisor) ; Váchová, Alena (referee)
This diploma thesis is devoted to the topic of well-being of pupils of a selected primary school in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. The aim of the research was to find out what tools (measures) the given school implements to ensure the well-being of students in grades 1-7 of the given school and how these students evaluate the importance of the tools used to ensure their own well-being at school. Last but not least, the research also focused on finding out the opinions of these students on other measures they would like the school to take to ensure their well-being. The research was conducted in the form of a case study using a mixed qualitative-quantitative design method. With the help of the mind-map analysis of students' and teachers'work related to the determination of the types of well-being tools used in a given school, as well as an online questionnaire survey, which was answered by the students of the given school themselves, the answers to the research questions were found: 1. What tools (measures) does the school use to ensure the well-being of pupils 1 - 7 grades? 2. What weight do the students of 1 - 7 grade of the given school to individual tools to ensure their well-being in the given school? 3. What other measures would students like to have in school to make them...
Analysis of the concept of education of employees in one private elementary school and kindergarten in the Czech Republic and a proposal for its changes.
Kubínová, Lucie ; Pavlov, Ivan (advisor) ; Urbanová, Eva (referee)
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of employee education in one primary and nursery school in the Czech Republic. This is a one-case study, which, using qualitative-quantitative research, aims to analyze the current concept of employee education of the given organization and also proposes changes to the existing concept so that it is in line with the requirements for the strategic concept of employee education. The diploma thesis includes a theoretical part with an explanation of relevant concepts from the field of andragogy and management, as well as a practical part, where the internal documents of the school are analyzed and the characteristics of the current concept of employee education are described. Furthermore, a questionnaire survey was also carried out using 3 questionnaires, the respondents were school employees and the school director. These questionnaires were designed to verify the functionality of the concept. Answers were obtained to the first research question, which reads: What is the characteristic of the current concept of employee education?, and which should help answer the second research question: What changes can be made to improve the quality of the current concept? In the first part of the research, the characteristics of the educational concept of the employees of...
ICT in work of principal of primary school
Kubínová, Lucie ; Hubert, Vlastimil (advisor) ; Kursch, Martin (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with deficiencies that elementary school principals must solve in the field of ICT. In particular, there is a lack of the resources available, especially hard sources including ICT equipment, a lack of space for ICT equipment and inadequate connectivity on the Internet, but also soft resources in the field of human resources are missing. This thesis has two goals. The first goal is to find out what kind of deficiencies it is and how big they are and the second goal is to make recommendations for elementary school principals how to deal with these deficiencies. The research that is part of this thesis was focused on principals of elementary schools in the South Moravian Region. The research is conceived as a quantitative survey using an online Internet questionnaire. From the 66 expected respondents to 16 research questions, an analysis is found that leads to the conclusion that my four hypotheses were right. The questions are mainly focused on the finding the type of the shortage and its size from the point of view of elementary school principals, while there is 1 sorting question ( concerning school size) and the last question is focused on the type of education / training of elementary school principals in ICT. Based on the existing deficiencies the recommendation is...

We focused on methods that exploited advantages of confocal and multi-photon excitation microscopy. Our further aim was to demonstrate the applicability of non-invasive approach for in vivo applications, usefulness and the relevance of these methods in several special biological applications with emphasis on improved image acquisition, analysis and evaluation of real biological specimens. The present work was not oriented on just one specific biological problem, but rather to methodological...
Liquidation of a business company and role of liquidator
Kubínová, Lucie ; Kříž, Radim (advisor) ; Hásová, Jiřina (referee)
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to provide a view on process of liquidation and liquidator person. The thesis familiarises with characteristic of whole process and particular duties of liquidator. In the second part the thesis is focusing on statistical mapping of the situation in the field of business companies liquidation in Czech republic.
Doprovodná vegetace komunikací
Kubínová, Lucie
This work Accompanying vegetation of road deals with the issue of development and advencement of roads and their vegetation accompaniment, comprehension the relation between the landscape and the road, the function of this vegetation and issue of the space arrangement and specific composition. Vegetations along routes assist in integration the road to the landscape, improve and stabilize the conditions in the surrounding area, influence the human perception, improve the estetic appearance and provide the economic profit. On the basis of the evaluation the available information was finded out, that the optimum solution is accept social, historical, cultural and especially biological and landscape specifications. Roads should be planted by appropriate variety of the vegetation of the reliance on the type of road and the optimum function of the vegetation. This way will be provide, that the road and the landscape will create the well-balanced komplex in both aspect -- functional and esthetic.
Elastic registration of biomedical images on CUDA-Supported graphics procesor units
Michálek, Jan ; Čapek, Martin ; Janáček, Jiří ; Kubínová, Lucie
Elastic registration is a task of finding the matching of two images, using geometric and elastic transformations, so that objects in images have the same size, position and orientation. We apply elastic registration in the framework of volume reconstruction, where an object acquired from parallel physical sections is composed and mutual positions of the sections including deformations caused by their cutting have to be found. The method lies in optimizing a functional consisting of two parts: first, discrete total variation as a measure of roughness and, second, L1 norm as a measure of dissimilarity of images. As a parallelizable optimization strategy we apply a potential-based equivalent transformation of a (max,+)-labelling problem. CUDA-based implementation of the described elastic registration algorithm is reasonably fast, requires seconds to minutes of calculations, provides good results and, thus, can be used for practical tasks dealing with alignment of biomedical images
Application of morphology filters to compensation of lateral illumination inhomogeneities in confocal microscopy images
Michálek, Jan ; Čapek, Martin ; Mao, X. W. ; Kubínová, Lucie
Due to multiple distortion effects, confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) images of even homogeneous specimen regions suffer from irregular brightness variations. In this paper, a fast correction method based on estimating a spatially variable illumination gain, and multiplying acquired CLSM images by the inverse of the estimated gain, is presented. The method does not require any special calibration (reference) images since the gain estimate is extracted from the CLSM image being corrected itself. The proposed approach exploits two types of morphological filters: the median filter and a morphological operator called the upper Lipschitz cover
