Stability of the Zero Solution of Stochastic Differential System

Stability of stochastic differential equations (SDEs) has become a very popular theme of recent research in mathematics and its applications. The method of Lyapunov functions for the analysis of qualitative behavior of SDEs provide some very powerful instruments in the study of stability properties for concrete stochastic dynamical systems, conditions of existence the stationary solutions of SDEs and related problems.

Electrophoretic and immunofluorescence methods for study of plant cell cultures

In all organisms are rising a reactive oxygen and nitrogen species by the effects of various stress factors and these species have a negative impact on the organism. Due to this species plants have built up an efficient antioxidant system, that helps them to resist negative effects of reactive oxygen and nitrogen species. In this work was researched the effect of hydrogen peroxide and sodium benzoate on the production of hydrogen peroxide, superoxide, reactive nitrogen species and malondialdehyde, contained in the root and above-ground part of maize (Zea mays L.). By use of the fluorescence microscopy there were obtained images of cross-cut of root from which was determined the intensity of fluorescence of individual parts of the root and was examined the effect of the intensity of fluorescence markers of oxidative stress in dependence on the type of the fluorescence filter used.

Test of exposiv partitions in anestetic praxis.

On anesteziologic workplace are workers meet with various substances and materials every day. Are they put at risk of outbreak of fire or explosion? I´m going to put mind to this issue in my work, which is aimed at monitoring concentrations of explosive substances used in anesthesia. A related study of gases and vapors of volatile liquids concentration, explosiveness, flammability and other properties. I'm interesting in security and the timely identification of gases and vapors of volatile substances of the leak of anesthetic workplace, then studying the detection system and the detectors themselves. I meet with gas analyzers of company Brűel & Kjaer.

Application of spectrophotometers

The work deals with the important analytical method - spectrometry. It is based on measurement of absorption of radiation in a wavelength range. On this principle can determine the absorbance and transmittance of the measured samples. The thesis also describes events related to the excitation of molecules. These include absorption, vibrational relaxation, internal conversion, inter-system crossing, fluorescence, phosphorescence and delayed fluorescence. The practical part includes three experimental measurements. The first measurement is the concentrations of potassium permanganate solution. In a second experiment, verifying the validity of Lambert-Beer law. In the third experiment, the fluorescence measurement of fluorescein and detection of fluorophore concentration dependence on fluorescence intensity. Measurement is performed in an environment SpectraSuite with the use of school spectrometers USB2000 + and USB650 Red Tide.

Stochastic Calculus and Its Applications in Biomedical Practice

V předložené práci je definována stochastická diferenciální rovnice a jsou uvedeny její základní vlastnosti. Stochastické diferenciální rovnice se používají k popisu fyzikálních jevů, které jsou ovlivněny i náhodnými vlivy. Řešením stochastického modelu je náhodný proces. Cílem analýzy náhodných procesů je konstrukce vhodného modelu, který umožní porozumět mechanismům, na jejichž základech jsou generována sledovaná data. Znalost modelu také umožňuje předvídání budoucnosti a je tak možné kontrolovat a optimalizovat činnost daného systému. V práci je nejdříve definován pravděpodobnostní prostor a Wienerův proces. Na tomto základě je definována stochastická diferenciální rovnice a jsou uvedeny její základní vlastnosti. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje příklad ilustrující použití stochastických diferenciálních rovnic v praxi.

Maria Bartuszová (1936 - 1996). Sculpture in the Context of Art

This dissertation is devoted to a monographic processing of the work of sculptress Maria Bartuszová (1936, Prague - 1996, Košice). Methodologically, it is mainly based on the compilation and evaluation of knowledge from the in-depth research of the first list of works of M. Bartuszová "Catalogue Raisonné 2012-2018", Collection of drawings and photographs from the Archive of M. Bartuszová, biography, exhibitions and bibliography. It is divided into four chapters, in which it deals with the sculpture of M. Bartuszová, its transformations in the period of her ceramics studies at the Academy of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture during the 1950s in Prague, continues by tracking her sculptural beginnings since 1961, and it deals with the circumstances of her relocation to Košice where she lived most of her life. It tracks her work during the normalization period of the 1970s until the end of the 1980s, when the totalitarian regime ended with the Velvet revolution. It explores the reasons why her work was little exhibited and also why it was little known and reflected by the professional circles. Significance of the Forum '88. Possibilities of Art in Space

The bachelor thesis deals with the unofficial exhibition Forum '88 with the subtitle Possibilities of Art in Space, which took place in the autumn of 1988 in hall 11 of former slaughterhouses and greengrocers in the area of the Prague Market. Thirty-four Czech and Slovak artists of the middle and older generations presented their installations, objects and environmental art, many of which were created specifically for this space and for this particular event. It summarizes the findings from the beginning of thinking about the exhibition, its organization, preparation, creation and course. Also of interest is the contemporary reflection, which was very lively on the art scene after its opening and provoked various discussions. A significant part is devoted to the generational tension of the time, which escalated in the second half of the 1980s and escalated into a generational conflict, which had been unnaturally suppressed in the previous decade. Following this, the formation of artistic generational groups is also interesting. These facts will explain the absence of the distinctive youngest generation of Tvrdohlaví (Hardheads) from the above- mentioned exhibition. Beacon for Change: Art at the Festival of Britain 1951.

This Bachelor Thesis is going to analyze the represantation of fine arts at a festival called Festival of Britain in 1951, which took place in different cities and towns all over The United Kingdom. After World War II The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland suffered extensive damages. Terror and devastation of war have projected themselves in the second half of the 40s into everyday life of British society, which thought it is never going to recover from this traumatic reality. Exactly for that reason an event was to be organized, which would have given the citizens of The United Kingdom back their confidence and which would boost the British spirit together with the idea, that the British society can get over the postwar era of decline and insecurity. Therefore the Festival of Britain should have represented everything, that the British people were able to do even after such a deep wound - from science inventions, new technological achievements, orchestral concerts, to contemporary painting, sculpture, architecture and applied arts. Festival of Britain became the so called Beacon for Change - a symbol signaling the beginning of a new era. The collection of paintings by Jiří (Georg) Kars in Velvary.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to introduce and map out the Velvary collection of works by the modern artist Jiří (Georg) Kars, who was born in 1880 in Kralupy nad Vltavou to a rich Jewish businessman. As Georg Kars, he graduated from the Academy of Arts in Munich and later settled in Paris, where he created and exhibited art under the name Georges Kars; he became the primary representative of the School of Paris, as it is called. After Kars' untimely and tragic death in 1945, most of his art estate was given to his hometown Kralupy nad Vltavou. Today, the paintings and drawings from the estate are part of the collection at the Velvary City Museum; thanks to this, the most complete collection of paintings of this author can be found there. The Velvary Museum displays the paintings in a varied exhibit in the small gallery in the building on Pražská street in Velvary. Several paintings have been loaned long-term to the Kralupy nad Vltavou City Museum. This bachelor's thesis will try to show works from the Velvary collection in the context of the artist's life and also create a catalog of this artworks.
