Islam and the Political System of Iran

The main topic of the diploma thesis is the influence of the islamic religion over the political system of The Islamic Republic of Iran. The thesis includes characteristics of the emergence of islam and expansion, and a summary of the main types of Islam, focusing on Shia Islam. Following is a summary of the development of the governmental units, which existed on the territory of todays Iran, including descriptions of the political systems. It focuses on the role of the social class of so called ulamá (Shia clerics). The thesis then characterizes the government of the Pahlavi Dynasty, the Islamic Revolution, and the current political system of Iran. Afterwards it describes the current domestic and foreign policies of Iran, the Iranian nuclear program issue, and human rights conditions in the country. The objective of the Thesis is to answer the following questions: what are the main reasons of Irans negative approach to the western world (particularly the USA) and of the negative approach of the western world (particularly the USA) towards Iran; whether or not it is possible to call the current political system of Iran an orthodox theocracy; and whether or not Irans politics can be a potentional threat for the stability of todays world.
Mexican government and its fight against drugs: Analisys of current situation

The approaches of the mexican presidents Felipe Calderón (2006 -- 2012) and Enrique Peňa Nieto (2012 -- present) to the so called "drug war" in Mexico are the main topic of this bachelor's thesis. The "drug war" fully broke out in Mexico in the year 2006 and it has been a considerable threat to the country's stability and security. Main object of the thesis is to find and judge differences between the two president's approaches to the fight against the drug trafficking organizations. It also tries to answer the question if president Nieto is returning to the old practeces of the political party he is a member of and which used to tolerate the drug cartels in the past or not. The thesis firstly explains the strong position of a president in presidential political systems, next it sums up the historical developement of mexican political system and its current shape and afterwards it describes the programs and the main decisions of both of the presidents. In conclusion, programs and actions concerning the fight against drug trafficking organizations of president Calderón and president Nieto are compared and the main differences among them are expressed.
The Modern Methods of Recruitment and Selection of Employees in Recruitment Agency

The thesis is focused on the analysis of different recruitment and selection methods of new employees; the thesis evaluates modern methods of recruitment and selection of candidates used in recruitment agency CPL Jobs and provides suggestions for improving of the process within the agency. The aim of this thesis is to examine the process of recruitment and selection of new employees as a key component of modern approaches of personnel management, to describe the tools for achieving efficient process and submit their own proposals for improving its effectiveness. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part defines the process of recruitment and selection of qualified manpower, describes different methods of recruitment and selection of employees in recruitment agency. The practical part is based on personal experience and contains the analysis of current situation of using different sources and methods of recruitment and selection of new candidates in recruitment agency CPL Jobs and submits its improvement and further enhancement of the effectiveness.
