Title: The State of Flow in U19 Basketball Players Objective: The primary aim of this bachelor's thesis is to determine the impact of the flow state on the sports performance of basketball players competing in the U19 league. It focuses on understanding how flow manifests in the context of young athletes and how it influences their performance on the court. Tasks: The main task include identifying the levels of flow state experience among basketball players and analyzing its impact on their performance. Emphasis is placed on understanding how flow manifests in basketball and the factors that contribute to its achievement. Methods: Data was collected using a questionnaire method, specifically the FSS-2 (Flow State Scale-2), which is designed specifically for measuring the experience of the flow state in athletes. Results: The data analysis revealed interesting patterns in the experience of flow among players and showed how various aspects of flow affect their sports performance. The results provide new insights into the psychological factors that play a role in the performance of young basketball players. Conclusion: The study contributes to a better understanding of the relationship between the psychological state of athletes and their performance, emphasizing the importance of mental preparation...

Title: Awareness of strength conditioning training in junior basketball Aims: The main aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out to what extent coaches of junior basketball categories use and work with strength conditioning training. It will be especially evaluated at what time of the season they use this training, what type of strength they primarily focus on, in what form they work with this method and whether they see a shift in their playing activities due to the use of strength training. Further, I describe the possible forms of strength training exercises designed for the development of these specific strengths. Methods: The thesis uses a questionnaire method, which aims to find out the experience of basketball coaches with strength training and in which part of the annual training season they use it most. The questionnaire also uses an interview method. The results are graphically processed using graphs and factual comments. I submit the questionnaire to individual clubs, completing is anonymous. Čmejrková, Barbora ; Jurková, Kateřina (advisor) ; Kočíb, Tomáš (referee)
Title: Intervention programmes for muscle disbalances of chosen women youth team Objectives: The main task of this thesis is to create a compenzational programme based on the fuctional level of musculoskeletal systém whilst respectiong the specifity of load in a group of basketball players. Then prove the positive influence of the intervention, which should harmonize the development of the musculoskeletal system. Methods: Creating the interventional programme based on the results of testing of chosen muscle groups and following application. After the end of the intervention an output measurement is conducted, which is subsequently compared to the results of input measurements. Results: The hypothesis that compensational programmes have positive effects on the musculoskeletal systém condition were proven right. Key words: compensatory excercises, muscle shortening, muscle weakening, basketball
Methodology of 3x3 basketball training for U15 category
Krulec, Petr ; Jurková, Kateřina (advisor) ; Velenský, Michael (referee)
Title: Methodology of 3x3 basketball training for U15 category Objective: The bachelor's thesis deals with the methodology of 3x3 basketball training for the category of children under 15 years of age. The main goal of this work is to create a comprehensive methodological manual for 3x3 basketball coaches and physical education teachers, with a theoretical basis and a demonstration of the annual training cycle, including its subfolders and thus help all coaches and teachers to study in the theoretical field of 3x3 basketball. Tasks: 3x3 basketball as a relatively new, but very dynamically developing sport requires specific expertise from coaches if we want training to be effective. If a coach is to be successful, he must acquire a theoretical foundation on which to build. The theoretical part analyses the available information on 3x3 basketball as such and the specifics of its training in comparison with 5v5 basketball. Furthermore, the work focuses on the characteristics of the selected age group and their consideration in the methodology of sports training. The work contains an explanation of the structure of the annual training cycle and the 3x3 basketball season. In the practical part, based on the acquired theoretical knowledge, a sample of several specific training cycles and training units...

Papežová, Vanda ; Velenský, Michael (advisor) ; Jurková, Kateřina (referee)
Title: Comparison of shooting efficiency among wheelchair basketball players with respect to their point classification Objective: To compare basketball shooting efficiency of wheelchair players according to their point classification. To compile brief history of wheelchair basketball in Czech Republic till January 2018 and to frame basketball shooting technique theory of wheelchair players. Methods: Structured observation, recording and comparison were basic methods of this research. Correlative - predictive approach was used. Each wheelchair player went step by step through this research having done together 30 shooting attemps consisting of 3- shot sets from 10 different spots. One player shooting record together with limbering up took approximately 20 minutes. To verify gained results additional data collection was done for all players in period of 4 weeks. Pilot research for diploma thesis was the part of this bachelor thesis.Video record of basketball match was prepared in order to verify analogic tendencies in game condition. Results: Results of this research are compiled in charts and text version. They are analysed in Discussion chapter. Entry hypothesis for measurment of each separate wheelchair basketball player did not proved. Having all wheelchair basketball players divided into groups...
Spectroscopy and spectroelectrochemistry of MoS2
Jurková, Kateřina ; Kalbáč, Martin (advisor) ; Matulková, Irena (referee)
This work deals with studies MoS2 layers prepared by mechanical exfoliation was detected by optical microscopy and the number of layers was determined from AFM measurement. The layers were characterized by Raman spectroscopy in various wavelengths. A spectroelectrochemical cell for the sandwich sample consisting of a MoS2 layer and two layers of graphene with various isotope composition and Raman spectra measurements were performed at voltages from 0.0 V to 0.9 V. A larger shift of the G band of graphene was observed on the layers containing MoS2 than on layers consisting just from graphene layers. Keywords: MoS2, graphene, Raman, spectroscopy, spectroelectrochemistry
Motivatiional factors contributing to the changing lifestyles of athletes during adolescence
Jurková, Kateřina ; Slepička, Pavel (advisor) ; Karger, Jan (referee) ; Man, František (referee)
Title: Motivational factors contributing to the changing lifestyles of athletes during adolescence The main goal of this dissertation is to identify the main reasons of dropping out from sport in adolescence. In order to make a better interpretation of the results and to better understand the respondents' testimonies another goal of this study was set and that is to define the positive benefits but also the negative effects of sport on the lifestyle of the studied participants as well as an impact on the whole society. The main aim reflects the scientific questions in which we are interested what demotivational factors are involved in changing the lifestyle of athletes in the period of adolescence, and how the non-fulfilment of basic psychological needs (autonomy, competence and the need of relatedness) influence the change of lifestyle of athletes in adolescence that dropped out from sport. In order to thoroughly investigate the goals of the work, we decided to use qualitative scientific procedures, multi-case studies. Using semi-structured interviews, we have collected data from eight participants (4 boys, 4 girls, 4 representatives of collective sports, 4 representatives of individual sports) in the form of their narrative about motivational or demotivational factors leading to leaving the...
