The second part describes computer networks generally required to develop the solution. The third part contains the design of the solution.

The bachelor thesis deals with the complex design of a computer network at the level of a medium-sized engineering company. The thesis deals with the theoretical aspect in order to better understand the given issue. The analysis then includes requirements that will focus on quality and safe operation in the company, which will allow for better market competitiveness. The proposal then highlights the overall project. Overall, the proposed project is in the line with Czech legislation and contains the basic requirements of the company.

In the analytic section of thesis, I describe the computer network and demands of the investor on new computer network. In the last section of bachelor‘s thesis is the design of structured cabling system itself, which comes from previous analysis of computer network and demands of the investor.

Structured cabling system design for hotel

This thesis deals with a proposal of structured cabling in a business object of Pentagon Hotel. The proposal addresses the use of horizontal and backbone infrastructure of the building using both metallic and fiber wires. The proposal does not deal with active parts of the network, it addresses just their recommended connection. The thesis also deals with the financial aspect of the proposal in the form of a complete budget.
