The bachelor's thesis deals with the influence of the school principal on the further education of teaching staff. The main goal is to find out and evaluate what influence the school principal has on the further education of teaching staff. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical parts. The theoretical part defines the concept of a school principal, describes his/her functions and roles, and determines the competences of a primary school principal. It also deals with further education of teaching staff. The basic terms related to further education of teaching staff, legal anchoring and strategic documents related to the issue are clarified. The division of continuing training of teaching staff and current methods of educational events is indicated. The work also describes the activities of the director in the process of further education of teaching staff at the school. The practical part presents a research investigation, which, based on interviews with school principals and a questionnaire for teaching staff, describes how principals create a further education plan. The bachelor thesis "Communication and its influence on the resolution of the conflict between teachers and parents" deals with the position of parents in the educational process and the importance of proper and quality communication between parents and school. The thesis focuses on the description of conflict situations between the school, its management and teachers, and parents. The theoretical part describes and defines the basic knowledgein the field of conflict and communication. There are presented types of conflicts, main stages of conflicts, their causes and potential triggers, possible solutions and obstacles that may occur in these solutions. The work also deals with prevention and the principles of good communication, and examples of good practice are presented as well. The practical part focuses on the description and analysis of specific conflict situations in the selected private primary school. The chosen method of case study deals with the examination of conflicts that first-grade teachers in the institution deal with. Analysis of social competencies of primary school teachers

Analysis of social competencies of primary school teachers The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of social competences among primary school teachers. The aim of the work is to compare the social competences of a selected group of respondents. The theoretical part is devoted to the topic of social competences in relation to the teaching profession, focusing on the general characteristics of the issue of social competences. Next the very meaning and role of social competences. In brief the research method used by us and the general characteristics of the teaching profession and teaching in terms of personality requirements are characterized. The practical part consists of the results of a standardized questionnaire survey using the Social Competence Inventory-ISK test. (Hoskovcová, Vašek, 2017) The aim of the research investigation is to determine, find and compare differences in the self- assessment of the level of social competences achieved by a selected group of respondents. The ISK items fill 17 primary scales which can be combined into four main secondary scales.
