Regenerative chatter in turning
Sucháček, Roman ; Jaroš, Aleš (referee) ; Fiala, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with the vibrations produced during turning. Several principles of these vibrations formation are. This includes regenerative principle and the principle of position feedback. Vibrations are caused by the mutual vibration of workpiece and the tool, with the result that occurs corrugated surface of the workpiece, during the first revolution of workpiece, which also regenerates the vibrations. Vibrations are the most affected by the width of the chip and the workpiece speed. Based on measurements and calculations is drawn stability lobe diagram. The diagram determines the maximum width of the chip, or the maximum speed, for which it is possible to cutting ithout any vibrations.

Suggestion of technology for clutch component
Drápal, Jakub ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
The Bachelor work draft production of manufacturing machined component clutch of motorcycle Ducati. The work includes familiarization with the function of component, desvising the technological process for unit production and subsequent production on the CNC lathe. Technological preparation for production on the CNC machine will be imple-mented with using CAD / CAM software. In conclusion will be assessed technical economic evaluation of production this component.

High-Speed Steel Mills with PVD coatings and their Use
Žilák, Marek ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Jaroš, Aleš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis "Mills from high-speed steel with PVD coatings and their use" deals with tool materials and their distribution (mainly high-speed steel). The problem of high-speed steels is analyzed (their distribution, properties and uses, chemical composition and finally heat treatment). Then the characteristics of the coating methods (mainly PVD) is analyzed. The conclusion of this work is focused on the types of spray coating and the responsibility of the high speed steel mills and their use in current practice.

Solution technology of adjustable V-belt pulley
Láznička, Pavel ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
At the beginning, the thesis contains description of belt drives and balancing of an adjustable belt pulley. The topic of the next chapter is concerned with the evaluation of technological aspects of unit and series production. It is followed by a choice of material, a semi-finished product and a calculation of material consumption. A technological procedure with selection of machine tools and selection of suitable method of production with calculations of a producing time are described afterwards. At the end, the ecological aspects are assessed. The conclusion comprises technological and economic evaluation of production.

Regenerative chatter in turning
David, Václav ; Jaroš, Aleš (referee) ; Fiala, Zdeněk (advisor)
Regenerative chatter in turning negatively affects the cutting process, the tool live and the machined surface. In this work is a vibration discriebed by using mathematical formulas or terms. There are listed some causes of creation vibration in turning and some basic methods of complete removal or partial reduction. The second part of this work contains examples of measure and analysis in connection with using of modern software.

Material models for simulation of dynamic forming operations
Fiala, Zdeněk ; Forejt, Milan (referee) ; Šlais, Miroslav (advisor)
The work deals with basic information about material models for simulation of dynamic forming processes. It describes software based on the finite element method and its use for simulation of dynamical forming processes. Next it presents basic theories about mechanical behaviour of materials under dynamical loading conditions and thein evaluation. It compares constitutive equations which describe materiál behaviour depended ontemperature and strain rate.
