Strategic Analysis of an Enterprise

The title of this Diploma Thesis is Strategy Analysis of the Enterprise. Subject of the Thesis is to analyse the current status of Zlichovec Brewery and to propose suitable strategy for further developing the Brewery in future. Method of the external and internal environment analysis is applied in the Thesis. Theoretical/methodical factors defining individual analyses is included in the first part of the thesis whereas practical application of the indentified findings on the respective Brewery is described in the second part. Based on the results debated in the second part thereof, evaluation of the existing strategy is provided and eventual changes in order to improve development of the Enterprise or to modify its strategy respectively are formulated.

At first there will be theoretically expla-ined issues about business, startup and the estabilishment of a limited liability company. The next step si describe a business plan. In the base of survey thesis continues with practical treatment of business plan. There si solved the question about legal form of business, processing of founding budget and individualy parts of business plan including finanacial plan and financial analysis. At the and of the thesis is business plan evaluated and its results are summarized.
The effectiveness of communication tools in response to employee satisfaction survey

The work is concerned with the effective communication tools in a selected company. The aim is to describe the various means of communication, analyze their effectiveness and propose solutions for problematic means of communication. The object of the work is a medium sized company operating in the field of logistics. In this thesis methods of survey research, analysis of internal documentation and observation are used. In conclusion, the thesis is to evaluate the efficiency of communication in relation to employee satisfaction survey and recommended some improvements for more efficient use of communication devices in the selected company.
Analysis of product offerings account for kids on the Czech market and customer preferences

This diploma work describes a specific banking product children account on the Czech market. Compares existing product line with the requirements of potential customers. Its aim is to monitor the product in the portfolios of Czech banks, analysis of the marketing mix for market leaders, evaluation of preferred features of the product from the perspective of potential customers and their motivations. Produces results useful for product managers of the products in banks, workers of marketing departments of banks, personal bankers, employees of advertising agencies and also for those who seek this kind of product. Based on the findings, recommendations regarding this product are formulated, as well as recommendations for other marketing mix areas.
Financial Analysis of a chosen Firm

This diploma thesis deals with financial analysis of the company Auto Gábriel s.r.o. Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical, which describes in detail various methods of financial analysis and its methodology. The second part, practical, which carry out practical part of financial analysis based on data from accounting and information from financial department of the company, along with using knowledge described in theoretical part. The company is also compared in terms of cost and profitability with rival firm PO Car s.r.o. In conclusion, we evaluate the results obtained from analysis of the company and we also provide recommendations based on the results we found out in this thesis.

The goal of this diploma thesis is to assess current strategy of the analysed enterprise, propose its adjustment with respect to the strategy of the parent enterprise and to propose recommendations to improve its current situation and future development. To accomplish the goal, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of analysed enterprise were identified. For this purpose, the thesis uses analytical methods of strategic analysis, namely analysis of external, internal and competitive business environment. The thesis is indirectly divided into theoretical, methodological, and practical parts. The theoretical part describes basic concepts and theoretical basis of selected analyses that are applied in the practical part to the chosen enterprise. Methodically the thesis builds on qualitative and quantitative research.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to carry out external and internal analysis of the firm according to selected analytic methods mentioned below. The fractional aim of this thesis is to find out what the preferences of customers are like in present times, when, in order with the needs of the firm, and concurrently with respect to the main aim of this diploma thesis, the research question was defined. On the basis of results of the questionnaire survey, I am able to answer this question. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical-methodological part and application part. The theoretical-methodological part is dedicated to the basic concepts of strategic management, and it also represents characteristics of selected methods of strategic analysis and questionnaire survey. In the application part, there are applied theoretical findings, and there is also represented the analysis of external and internal surrounding of the firm. From the analyzes of external surrounding, there were used PEST, the method 4C, analysis of the sector and competitive environment, questionnaire survey and value curve. In order to research the internal environment of the firm, there was used the analysis of internal sources. Results of particular analyzes were summarized in the SWOT analysis, which serves as a background for particular strategic recommendations of the firm. On the basis of the results of the questionnaire survey and value curve, there was established recommendation what direction the optics should take, and how the company should improve the sales of products and services. Other applied methods were the interview and the analysis of documents. Further off, there were applied mathematic-statistic methods, most of all absolute and relative frequency, cross analyzes, median. All collected information and results of the survey were used for processing of the theme of this diploma thesis. I do not have many comments after evaluation of results of the survey and SWOT analysis. But I would still suggest several minor adjustments or changes. Particular recommendation and suggestion of possible changes may contribute to the successful achievement of targets established by the firm, so it would be possible to keep steady clientele, which could be eventually extended. Outputs of the analysis and final recommendation are fully applicable during decision-making carried by the optics management.

This Bachelor thesis focus on the present condition analysis of the selected company, which is involved in a food processing. Fundamental terms such as Marketing mix and an Analysis of the marketing environment are specifically defined in the Theoretical part of this theis. The practical part deals with trading company Vodňanská drůbež, a.s. It describes marketing mix of this company, with the PEST analysis of macro, micro and internal environment. There are the proposed recommendations based on SWOT analysis in the final part of the thesis.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to implement the marketing situation analysis in the company principally engaged in the production of seating and table furniture. The result of this work are recommendations for improving the current situation. The theoretical part of the introduction defines basic terms. Follows describes the analysis of the marketing environment, marketing mix analysis and SWOT analysis. The practical part will characterize company Vladimír Rendl -- Joinery. After, on the basis of theory, analysis of marketing environment and marketing mix will be applied to the company. Final SWOT analysis helped to devise recommendations arising from the information.
Marketing Situational Analysis of the BK Lions Jindřichův Hradec

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to carry out an analysis of each part of marketing mix and the environment in which the BK Lions Jindřichův Hradec basketball club is situated. Suitable and applicable recommendations are suggested to make the marketing mix more effective based on analysis of marketing situation. The first part is focused on describing the marketing mix and marketing situational analysis at a theoretical level. The practical part describes particular marketing tools which are used by the club, with subsequent marketing situational analysis being carried out. The last chapter summarizes the findings and states recommendations to optimize the marketing mix of the club and its marketing strategy.
