Title: Tennis injuries and prevention strategies Aim: The aim of the first (theoretical) part of my Bachelor thesis is to compile a summary of the most up-to-date information about the most common tennis injuries, their causes and prevention options in tennis players based on professional literature. The aim of the second (practical) part is to find out through individual in-depth interviews what injuries selected professional tennis players face and what their prevention is against the occurrence of possible injuries. Methods: This Bachelor thesis is done in the form of an overview study, which can be found in the first part of the thesis and analyzes relevant professional literature on the most common tennis injuries and their prevention. The bachelor's thesis is to look into the issue of tennis injuries and injury prevention through in-depth interviews given to us by professional tennis players. All the players who gave me interviews are active professional tennis players. Results: Most of these players report upper extremity injuries such as fatigue fractures of the wrist, rotator cuff tears, shoulder impingement syndrome, elbow injuries or inflammation in the hand. Analysis and Comparison of Power Plays at 2022 Men's World Floorball Championship and 2021 Junior's World Floorball Championship

Author: Jan Procházka Title: Analysis and Comparison of Power Plays at 2022 Men's World Floorball Championship and 2021 Junior's World Floorball Championship Objectives: Purpose of the bachelor thesis is to analyse and compare the game situations with uneven number of players on the play field at 2022 Men's and 2021 Junior's World Floorball Championships. Thesis analyses the offences that lead to power plays. Methods: The main method is indirect observation of power plays from match replays at the 2021 Junior's World Championship and 2022 Men's World Championship, their analysis and statistical comparison. Results: Results of the thesis are knowledges about the power plays at the 2021 World Junior's Championships and the 2022 World Men's Championships. The results present an analysis of power plays according to their success rate and shooting areas in goalscoring situations. The resulting data highlights the formations that leads to goal score and highlights the formations to defend power play. The formation with one player on the top was the most used for power play goal. Slashing recorded the most frequent incidence for penalty box ejection. Title: The work with talented youth in the Czech floorball Objectives: The aim of this work is to reflect on management of talented youth in the association called Czech floorball, which is the representative and organizer of floorball in the Czech Republic and processing of course of the camp. Methods: In my thesis I used the observational method of direct observation for the most part. I also applied methods of theoretical knowledge, analysis and research of Czech and foreign literature. Results: Reflection on management of talented youth, that is based on participation at the camp for talented youth. Menstrual cycle and performance of female tennis players

Thesis Title: Menstrual cycle and efficiency of women tennis players. Thesis Objective: Based on structured interview to determine the re- lationships between the individual phases of the menstrual cycle and active sports activity in selected female tennis players (ČTS) ranking. Suggestion how to adapt tennis training individually to the menstrual cycle of female tennis players. Methods: The main research metod is structured interview. Results: Research has found, that there is a significant deterio- ration in the performance of female tennis players occurred during the first and the second day of menstruation. The best performances were felt by tennis players around ovulation (12th - 17th day of the cycle). The most common problem at female players was irregular menstruation an three tennis players also had amenorrhea, which is probably rela- ted to high training doses. For 4 respondents, there was a response that PMS did not affect their perfor- mance both in training and in matches. Other female players have fatigue and abdominal pain as a symptom of PMS. It has been shown, that female players do not adapt training if they have small pain, if they have big pain, they adapt training (for example playing strokes from the spot, technical skills). Effect of different shooting technique on its accuracy and ball velocity in floorball players

Name: The influence of shooting technique on its accuracy and ball speed in floorball players Goal: The purpose of the work was to verify the procedure for testing the shooting level of male and female floorball players and then to identify and describe the differences in the parameters of ball speed and shooting accuracy between four different types of shots (pull, wrist, golf, hammer) when shooting at two different locations (top and down). Methods: The research group consisted of 2 male and 2 female floorball players of the highest youth competition. Ball speed was measured using a Stalker Solo2 radar device and 2D video analysis using a SONY video camera and TEMA software was used to analyze accuracy. The individual targets for shooting were marked out using holes in the training sheet, which was placed on the floorball goal. The goal was 4 meters away from the shooting spot, and players shot at the goal in random order of shot types and target location. Data were evaluated in MS Excel. A two- sample T-test (p <0.05) was used to express the difference between individual shot types, target location and between men and women. The influence of sports activities in childhood on floorball performance in adulthood

Title: The influence of sports activities in childhood on floorball performance in adulthood. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to find out what effect have previous sports activities run in childhood on floorball performance in adulthood. From what points of view could these sports activities (competitive and non-competitive) affect their performance in adulthood and their impact at the highest level. Methods: Quantitative research, in which I will use the sent electronic questionnaires to analyze the data obtained and explain their impact on the issue. Results: The results show that the sports which played the highest floorball competition players and floorball representation players are most often football, tennis and ice hockey. Players in non-competitive sports activities show a wider spectrum and a greater participation in multiple sports at once. Since the age of 12, most players have been specialized in floorball. The players of the highest floorball competition affected their game performance in adulthood by participating in various sports activities in childhood. The sports activities that the player's parents hardly match with the sports that the players did as children.
