Metody analýzy hydrochemických dat v prostředí statistického softwaru na příkladu modelového území Novohradska
BERNASOVÁ, Tereza
The aim of the diploma thesis was a statistical evaluation of the impact of farming methods and the land cover on hydrochemical parameters of surface waters. The area for the evaluation is located in Novohradsko and consist of lower and upper parts of the basin of Vackovy potok and a lower part of Pasecky potok. The area was chosen to include different landscape managements (arable soil, forest and meadows). Due to this fact, it is possible to compare the impact of the management on values of the chosen hydrochemical parameters, which were conductivity, N NO3-, TOC, NL105 and the outflow. Based on the results, it is possible to say that the surface waters from the intesively farmed part of the basin of Vackovy potok have the higher values of all chosen parameters compared to the forest basin or the meadow basin. There was a trend of the increase of the outflow and the values N NO3- in the surface waters always one day after a heavy rainfall. Overall, it is possible to claim that the arable soil has reduced abilities of the retention. This is supported by the large water drainage from the agricultural area.
The legal status of Palestine
Bernasová, Tereza ; Grmelová, Nicole (advisor) ; Kříž, Radim (referee)
The theme of this diploma thesis is the analysis of the legal status of Palestine. The theoretical part of this thesis examines the history of Palestine, the relations between Palestine and Israel, the rejection of United Nations General Assembly Resolution 181 by Arab states, Palestinian membership in international organisations, the Oslo I Accord and the Montevideo criteria for statehood. The thesis also evaluates the final status negotiations between Israel and Palestine and various Palestinian government programs. The second part of the thesis analyses the constraints posed by divided Palestinian territories and the dynamics and interactions between Palestinian populations living in and outside the territory. Furthermore this diploma thesis focuses on the Palestinian public sector; especially on the areas of justice, education, health system and defense. Individual chapters also deal with the economic instability of Palestine and its financial dependence on the other, mostly European, countries. In conclusion, this diploma thesis will give not only a comprehensive legal view of the status of Palestine, but also views on Palestinian governance.
Chemical and physical parameters of surface waters of streams in the Novohradsko area.
BERNASOVÁ, Tereza
The content of the bachelor thesis was the comparasion of chemical-physical parameters of surface waters in Novohradsko. The data, which were used in the thesis, were taken in 2014. Individual sampling points were differed in their management practices and types of ecosystem. The monitored parameters are associated with eutrophication: conductivity, pH, KNK4,5, nitrates and phosphates. Based on the results we can claim that the sampling points of agroecosystems reached higher values of the selected parameters. The biggest differences were detected in conductivity. The values of conductivity were oscitalled from 51,8 mS cm-1 to 164,4 mS cm-1.
The legal aspects of EU's asylum policy
Bernasová, Tereza ; Grmelová, Nicole (advisor) ; Levý, Jan (referee)
The theme of this Bachelor thesis is the analysis of asylum legislation in the European Union. In the theoretical part of this thesis is the examination of the development of the asylum policy, starting with the 1951 Convention relating to the Status of Refugees and ending with a critique of the current situation. Each phase of harmonization corresponds with the most important treaties and programs which European Union members have adopted. The thesis also evaluates various stages of development and estimates the trajectory of future development. The practical part focuses on the judgments of the European Court of Justice, which determines and enacts the interpretation of EU directives and regulations related to asylum system. Furthermore this bachelor thesis focuses on the social, economic and safety factors associated with the asylum policy. In conclusion, this bachelor thesis will give a comprehensive view of the legislation, but also a practical demonstation relating to the rights themself.
