This bachelor paper deals with establishing a company which has no parallel in the town where I am going to implement the project. The topic deals with establishing a company for leisure activities, a market analysis and possible return of investment. It contains finding possible ways how to finance the project by European Funds and in the case of failing in gaining the grant it contains gaining different financial tools for implementing this project.

This master thesis deals with designing a business plan in the field of a service called Laser Game. Pieces of knowledge emerging from the theoretical part and elicited facts are used in the design part containing a financial evaluation of the project, which is a valuable base when deciding whether to implement the project.
