The work includes the identification of the intention, goals and outputs, subsequent planning and assessment of all information obtained. The analytical part focuses on the introduction of the company, the analysis of the current state and the basis of analysis, which will be used in the design of the project.

This dissertation deals with the securities portfolio optimization. After introducing the definitions, I try to explain the particular investment instruments with regard to returns and risks. The following part provides a theory which tells more about different market risks and returns on the final securities portfolio. Concerning these models the effective portfolio has been set up.

The diploma thesis is focused on proposal of internal production supply in the Walter Ltd. The company is undergoing changes in the production layout and therefore it is necessary to design a new system of production supply. The theoretical part focuses on Toyota production system and methods used in this system. Next part of the theoretical part is dedicated to lean management and lean manufacturing. The last point of theoretical part are supplying and material handling. The theoretical part is basis for analytical part in which is mapped the current state of supplying production lines. The last point of diploma thesis are solution proposals based on analytical data’s.

The Warehousing Optimization in Selected Company

The bachelor thesis focuses on the warehousing optimization in a selected company. The work analyzes the current state of the warehousing and the current state of the warehouse using the ABC method and methods of work analysis. Based on the results of these analyzes, a solution is proposed that can optimize warehousing in the selected company.

The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is location and analysis of internal processes of company (incl. outskirts), which leads to creation complex unit of chosen part of information system K2. The first part of my thesis is marks to theoretical respect – processing and ordering of acquired information. The second part is marks to characteristic of company and concrete results - practical pieces of knowledge, actions and concepts, which leads to successful implementation of information system K2.

The Bachelor Thesis focuses on problems of handling internal logistics in the company Huhtamaki Czech Republic, corp. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge of logistics, which explains the basic and technical concepts. The second part analyzes the current status of the handling processes in the internal logistics. The last part of Bachelor Thesis contains proposals to amend the existing handling processes in internal logistics to ensure efficient utilization of labor supplied by an external company.

The master’s thesis deals with Czech cosmetic company RYOR a. s. In the theoretical part is described the supply logistics and associated processes. The practical part analyses the supply process of the company. The goal of this thesis is proposal of efficient solution of supply process and integration of the information system. This proposal will be introduced to the company and in the case of interest the company can take advantage of it.
