Proposal of a new product launching

The subject of this bachelos study called "A new Household Article Market Product Release" is an analysis of releasing a new product line "Titanio Juliette" (Pentolpress Titanio). Elimex Group a.s. is releasing this product to a Czech market and the subject of this study is also a concluded recomendation for the next year. The first part compiles theoretical solutions for a market plan creation. That means specific methods used for creating a situational analysis and detailed analysis of fundamental parts of the market mix – called 4P ( product, price, place, promotion) - for the right selection of a marketing strategy when implementing a new product line. The second part is more practical and it characterises a company mentioned above, marketing mix of a new product line and also suggested recomendations for the next year.
Marketing Research of Retail Market

The purpose of the master’s thesis is a marketing research in retail market with fast-moving goods in relation to food purchases via the Internet. The first part of this work is devoted to theoretical description of the retail sector, current trends and aspects associated with the customer. The second part contains an analysis of retail development in the last decade and further analysis of the findings which serve as bases for the processing of marketing research. The information obtained from this survey will be used to formulate a proposal on new services for retailers, to reveal the perspectives of grocery shopping and consumer goods through the Internet or through other communication media.

This master´s thesis is focused on development of business activities of company POSS-SLPC s.r.o., whose main activity is cutting production for the electronics industry. The company is determined to work on stable success and search for new opportunities at new markets. The thesis consists of analysis of the company´s current situation and market environment based on relevant theoretical knowledge. The main outcome of the thesis is an introduction to actual proposals for development of business activities for POSS-SLPC s.r.o. through acquisition of new customers from the automotive industry.

The main objective of this thesis is a business plan elaboration concerning the establishment of a private nursery school in Brno region, in the village of Želešice. The business plan is set up on the basis of personal and general findings from the internal and external environment analysis and the plan deals with it own implementation . The theoretical part is focused on defining the basic concepts related to business in the field, together with the possibility of establishing and financing kindergartens. The practical part deals with a specific business goal - the establishment of a private kindergarten with a detailed financial plan for the first 5 years, giving important information about the financial performance of the company and evaluating the best financing options, finally determining whether the business plan is feasible at all.

The theoretical part defines terms related to marketing research which then serve to process the analytical part. Based on research results of questionnaires, proposed recommendations will be made for the development and improvement of services of UNIFER Company.
