Travelling Crab

This work deals with the calculation and suggestion of the main parts of the travelling crab for lifting capacity of 45 000 kg. It consists primarily of determining the ropes, pulleys and cable drum and assigning of appropriate engine, brakes, gearbox and clutch. The work also contains strength calculation and suggested dimensions of main parts of sheave block, like the pin hook block, crossbeam, hook nut and rope pulleys, which are delivered with drawing documentation along with drawing of sheave block and piece list.
Belt conveyor

The theme of this bachelor´s thesis is the constructional design of the weighing belt conveyor, which will be part of the technological complex of concrete plants. It contains a description of the individual parts of the conveyor belt, the basic functional and control calculations according to ISO 5048, determination of critical dimensions and design of steel structures of conveyor. Next is processed the calculation of bearing resistance and usability of this constuction by using the computer program IDA Nexis 32. In the end is processed drawing of assembly and manufacturing drawing of the frame.
Wireless Fidelity Networks

In this bachelor´s thesis I deal with the problems of wi-fi networks, concretely their security. The results of surveying are mentioned in the practical part of my work, in which I wanted to find out if at least 50% of wi-fi networks in several cities of Břeclav region are secured by WEP or WPA. Proposals how to improve wireless network security by some types of networks are mentioned in conclusion of my thesis.
Hinged adapter of corn header

The master’s thesis contains a plan of hinged adapter for cord header Cornpower 8-75 of the BISO Schrattenecker Company. The adapter is designed for threshing machines New Holland. The thesis includes a comparison of the mechanisms used by competitors. Further it contains design of the entirely different mechanism, its kinematics solution of the hydraulic circuit and calculating of the strength using FEM method, including calculation of contacts. The drawing documentation is done in Catia V5 and strength calculations in NX-Ideas and Marc 2010.
Belt conveyor for foundry sand

This bachelor thesis deals with the suggestion of the conveyor belt for the transport of the foundry sand with a delivery capacity of 58 000 kg/hr, transport length of 41 meters and transport height of 12,6 meters. The bachelor thesis includes the delivery description of the components of the conveyor belt, functional calculation according to the standard of ČSN ISO 5048, determination of the main sizes, suggestion of the propulsion and the conveyor belt. Strength calculation of the shaft of returnable cylinder, controls of the tension bolt for the pulling and imprinting in the thread are conducted. The bachelor thesis contains the drawing documentation in accordance with the assignment that is attached.

The analysis will be focused on different parts of ICT in the company, mostly on effectiveness, suitability and harmony of hardware and software equipment. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to propose design solutions conveyor belt to transport sand and gravel to concrete batch mixer. The maximum transport capacity 2000 kg/cycle, the cycle time benefits, including stirring for 4 min and 4.5 m height difference work contains a description of the main functional parts of the conveyor belt, functional calculations according to standard ISO 5048, determination of main dimensions, the design of the drive and tensioning devices. Strength calculation is performed for tightening screws, nuts and truss structures.
The conception of an outdoor wall lift for handicapped people

The purpose of this work is to design dimensions of cabin and its supporting part so that is suitable for disabled independently of the other person, the principle function of the lift and draft power.
