Pail, Čestmír ; Voráček, Josef (advisor) ; Čermák, Jiří (referee)
OFFER OF SPORT SERVICES IN HEALTH RESORTS OF CZECH REPUBLIC This work is describing spas and spa services in the Czech Republic. It is describing emergence of spa industry in our country as same as in the rest of the world. It is explaining the process of spa healthcare, which services are, and which are not included in donated care in the Czech Republic. It is mainly focusing on sports services and the offer of sports in spa resorts Poděbrady and Mariánské Lázně. Using SWOT Analysis, it is trying to find strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in relation to these resorts. This work is trying to find importance of sport and the proportion of sport services in compare to all spa services. It is also trying to point on possibilities of development of sport services in spa resorts Poděbrady and Mariánské Lázně. Finally it is recommending that the offer of sport activities in spa resorts Poděbrady and Mariánské Lázně should expand to reach higher level of quality of Czech spa industry at all. Peer to peer networks and copyright

53 14. Název diplomové práce v angličtině - Diploma Thesis Title Peer to Peer Networks and Copyright Law 15. Resumé v anglickém jazyce - English Summary Peer to Peer Networks and Copyright Law Peer to peer networks are used to share various types of content within the environment of the Internet. The content shared via peer to peer networks comprises in a vast majority of copyrighted materials such as music, movies and computer programs. The aim of this thesis is to assess the behaviour of peer to peer network users and other subjects who are involved from the perspective of copyright law. In the Czech Republic, no special legal regulation exists on the use of copyrighted works on the Internet. Therefore, this assessment of the legal conformity of behaviour of all involved subjects shall be based on the general legal regulation of copyrights, particularly Act no. 121/2000 Coll., the Copyright Act, as amended. A fundamental feature of peer to peer networks is that its users simultaneously operate both as providers as well as receivers of content. In practise, users who are willing to obtain (download) content from other users are simultaneously making some content stored on their own computer accessible to rest of the users. Under the Copyright Act, the downloading of copyrighted material is classified as...

SECURITY AND SAFETY ON FOOTBALL STADIUMS This thesis deals with the safety of the Czech firstleague stadiums. The theoretical part describes how security was ensured in the history of Czech Football League and also defines main manifestations o hooliganism during matches in this league. It also includes faces of agression of football fan. The main purpose of this thesis is to describe the organization of safety and security in Czech football today. Especially it tries to determine a suitable model according to which one could achieve sufficient security of football matches in the most effective and appropriate manner. The limits of free quotation and unlawful use of internet databases
Menšík, Jan ; Čermák, Jiří (advisor) ; Holcová, Irena (referee)
86 English resumé Aim of this thesis is to help set rules for determining the limits of utilization the content as a legitimate license free of charge on the Internet in the Czech Republic. At least to partial contribute to addressing the topic, which for us has been paid little attention. I chose the topic because I am personally and professionally interested in it and it. There are still many unresolved issues and daily practice is not even close to the actual legal status, often outdated. Nowadays, they are immediately available on the Internet millions of copyrighted works collated in databases or separately when extending syndicated content through web services or RSS feeds, and take the work and use it for your needs is easier than ever, there is still poor awareness the legal conditions for use of copyright works to the layman and the professional community. The thesis will focus precisely on the issue of accepting copyright works on the Internet, mainly through web sites. Boundaries when there is still a legal form of unpaid quotations and when it is illegal utilization of the database is not entirely clear and deserves attention. There is a need to examine not only access to a user's intention, but also ways of conveyance works by owner (author). The theoretical part will focus on a summary of...

Administrative procedure of long-term residence permit for the purpose of study
Lašťovková, Karolina ; Moravec, Marek (advisor) ; Čermák, Jiří (referee)
(in English): This work aims to analyze and critically evaluate the legislation of long-term residence for the purpose of study. Formally, the work is divided into four chapters, which are then divided into individual subchapters. The first chapter presents the issue of the stay of foreigners, a brief outline of the historical development of the Aliens Act and legislation in this area. The second chapter contains the characteristics of administrative proceedings in general and explains the purpose of the study of long-term residence. In the third, main chapter, an analysis of administrative proceedings in the matter of long-term residence for the purpose of study for foreigners from third countries and related legislation is performed. The last, fourth chapter evaluates the provisions of the Commission for decision- making in matters of residence of foreigners and explains its meaning. Finally, the topic is summarized, subjectively evaluated and possible solutions to shortcomings are proposed.
PHASE COMPOSITION OF CHOSEN Mg-BASED MATERIALS DURING HYDROGEN SORPTION
Čermák, Jiří ; Král, Lubomír ; Roupcová, Pavla
Phase transformation during hydrogen sorption was investigated in ten chosen magnesium-based hydrogen storage (HS) materials. Chemical composition of the materials consisted of Mg, as a principal hydrogen-binding element, additive X and amorphous carbon (CB), as an anti-sticking component. In order to assess the effect of X itself upon the structure, values of concentration of both X and CB were fixed to about 12 wt. %. The influence of X = Mg2Si, Mg2Ge, Mg17Al12, Mg5Ga2, NaCl, LiCl, NaF, LiF and two combinations Ni+Mg17Al12 and Ni+Mg2Si upon the changes in phase composition was tested. Phase content in HS materials was observed (i) after the intensive ball milling (BM), (ii) after the BM followed by hydrogen charging at 623 K and (iii) after the BM and one hydrogen charging/discharging cycle (C/D) at temperature 623 K. The study was carried out by SEM and XRD. It was found that, the C/D is approximately structurally reversible for X = Mg2Ge, Mg17Al12, NaF and LiF. However, additives X = Mg17Al12 and NaF decompose already during the BM. In alloys with combination of Ni with Mg17Al12, new phases NimAln are formed. Phase composition changed during C/D for X = Mg2Si Mg5Ga2 and Ni+Mg2Si due to equilibration of phases composition. Observed structure changes of HS materials with chloride ionic additives NaCl and LiCl are, most likely caused by the relatively strong affinity between Mg and Cl. Hydrogen storage capacity of all studied alloys was 6.0 +/- 0.3 wt. % H-2.
