Proposal of process control in production safety valve
Jaša, Aleš ; Prokop, Jaroslav (referee) ; Pernikář, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is precise definition of control processes for components of Pressure Limit Valve 5 Generation (PLV5) which is produced by Bosch Diesel Ltd. in Jihlava. The objective was to define measurement methods which ensure identical results of measurement between co. Bosch Diesel Ltd. in Jihlava and suppliers of individual components. The results of this study are introduced into control drawings and described in individual conclusions of the thesis.
Alternative measurement of shape and position deviations for needs of incomming inspection.
Jaša, Aleš ; Pernikář, Jiří (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
This thesis deals with a possibility how to make a check of purchased components faster at the incoming inspection of the Bosch Diesel s.r.o. (Co., Ltd) and perhaps even how to save investment in new machines during expanding of production without quality compromises during the check itself, so that everything would proceed according to ISO/TS 16949 standard, valid for an automotive industry. The whole practical part has been elaborated on the basis of measurements done at the incoming inspection measuring laboratories and in cooperation with QMM1.2 department. The results have been evaluated by statistical software qs-STAT ME 6 by Q-DAS company.
Suggestion and Evaluation of the Process Capability in a Company
Červinka, Petr ; Hubka, Tomáš (referee) ; Škapa, Stanislav (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the selected technological process in the enterprise, with the aim of evaluating the eligibility of this process and its economical benefits. In the first part of the work the theoretical knowledge is described the in the fields of process management, statistical quality control and the cost of quality. In the practical part of the thesis the described knowledge is applied on concrete technological process in aim to improve its outcoming parameters. This intention is expressed by the index process capability and cost of quality..
Introduction to Six Sigma Method and its Application for Process Improvements
Šimek, Petr ; Kutálek, David (referee) ; Bednář, Josef (advisor)
In this thesis I dealt with the Six Sigma method and uses in practice in Miele technica s.r.o. company. The first part deals with the theoretical description of Six Sigma, DMAIC methodology and used tools as SIPOC, Ishikawa diagram, Pareto diagram, or regression or correlation. The second part describes the application of Six Sigma methods, which I had the opportunity to perform as a team leader in the assembly process of washing machines and dryers.
Implementing SPC in the Production Process
Dostál, Petr ; Macháček, Martin (referee) ; Bartes, František (advisor)
The thesis deals with implementing of statistical process control (SPC) on CNC cut center into the mechanic production. One part of the project is engaged in theoretical information gathering, process monitoring and data collection. Second part deals with stabilization, regulation and improvement of the process using right statistical instruments. As a result is implementing measuring station from where will be the process data transferred to a server and evaluated. On the basis of that is possible to implement a correction in the right time if the process isn´t stabilized. The main objectives of the thesiss are cost reduction, scrap reduction and modernization of the process.
Functional failures dependance to measuring system of assembly lines DRV 2.
Barták, Pavel ; Pernikář, Jiří (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
The Bachelor thesis is focused on assembly of pressure regulation valve (DRV) which is part of injection system Common Rail produced in company Bosch Diesel s.r.o. The purpose of this thesis is to consider the possibilities of assembly process effects, components for failures when functionally checked and suggestion of solution to minimize them. After practical part there was focused on assembly process to get necessary data. On the base of these data direction of analysis was followed, as the measurement of claimed components in Bosch Diesel laboratories. After the evaluation the countermeasures were proposed which some of them were implemented in production and subsequently analysed.
Statistical processing of measured data of the Proxima frame
Kaván, Ondřej ; Fiala, Alois (referee) ; Maroš, Bohumil (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the description of selected statistical process control tools, applied to Proxima frame cab tractor made by Zetor company. There is also a statistical evaluation of measured data and determination of significant correlations.
Headteacher Competences within an Educational Institution
Círal, Gabriela Sarah ; Tureckiová, Michaela (advisor) ; Liška, Roman (referee)
Most kindergartens in the Czech Republic are managed by a headmaster/ headmistress and their deputies (depending on the size of the kindergarten). There are also some kindergartens which fall within the management of a primary, or even a secondary school in the particular municipality, and the function of a headmaster/ headmistress is performed by the primary/ secondary school principal. If that is the case, the kindergarten headteacher position is introduced, who is not a deputy but is in charge of the kindergarten and responsible to the principal. This thesis examines the competencies of a kindergarten headteacher as an educational institution leader. The aim of the thesis is to research kindergarten headteachers' job competencies and job description in South-Bohemia Region (Jihočeský kraj). In the theoretical section, the thesis focuses on a headteacher's position, what professional requirements there are in such a position; what the measure of participation in the organisation management, and the headteacher's approach towards interpersonal relationship in the workplace is. The thesis furthermore discusses the concerns of kindergarten management, and what the term educational process includes. Self-reflection is important with everyone, it is crucial in educators, and absolutely essential in...
"The Invention" of Intelligence and its Reflection in Czech Pedagogical and Social-pedagogical Discourse, Based on Selected Academic Journals from 1888 to 1944.
Čechová, Anežka ; Kolářová, Kateřina (advisor) ; Herza, Filip (referee)
The thesis deals with intelligence, as a socio-cultural concept that has its own history and development. It thus deconstructs the naturalized notions of a biological "essence" of intelligence, which has not been proved to this day. The scientific and philosophical modes of thinking, that participated in both "inventing" intelligence and its forming, are introduced. The analysis of the primary sources enables to compass the reflection of these dominant scientific approaches towards intelligence in the Czech expert discourses. The thesis also reflects on the important role intelligence has in the assessment of mental norm and disability, and it thus analyses the perception of disability during the defined historical period, including the discourse analysis of the different representations of disability. Key words Intelligence, disability, craniometry, eugenics, pedagogy, medicine, biopower.
