Vocational Education and its Tax Aspects

The bachelor’s thesis is focused on tax aspects of vocational education of employees and students. The main goal is to systemize rules and to suggest steps that leads to tax optimization of educational costs. The theoretical part of the thesis defines needs for education of employees, various form of vocational education and funding possibilities. The analytical part consists of tax aspects summarizations in relation to dedicated laws for individual forms of education. The pracical part applies and describes the costs optimalization related to education based on model example where benefits of individual forms of education are compared.

Employee Motivation and Attitudes in a Sport Organization

Bachelor‘s thesis deals with an issue of employee motivation and attitudes to work in a sport organization. It specifies basic terms and theories connected with the motivation process. For the purpose of the thesis three sport organizations are chosen where a questionnaire survey is conducted. Based on the data obtained the analysis of performance motives and attitudes to work is performed, followed by the design of appropriate motivational strategies for leaders of the organizations.

Analysis of Tax Impact of Illegal Employment

The aim of this work is to analyse švarc system in the Czech Republic, which has been considered to be an illegal system of employment, and its impact on taxes. Also it has direct impact on social and health insurance. All impacts will be shown on modeling examples. Further there will be described present methods for suppressing švarc system and advantages of using this system. In conclusion will be a propose how to improve the situation and reduce the number of participating in švarc system.

Concept for Motivational System Change in the Emoc Ltd. Company

The aim of my diploma thesis is to design changes in motivation system of selected company, which is based on analysis of the current motivation system. There is a theoretical background of given issue in theoretical part. The practical part is focused on the analysis and evaluation of the motivation system of the company. One part of the analysis is also questionnaire. In conclusion of the thesis are developed designs of the changes of non-financial benefits based on data collection, which lead to increase the employee satisfaction.

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the matters of labour law relations at the selected employer. The theoretical part explains concepts related to labour law relations from a juristic, fiscal, economic and accounting perspectives. Based on the analysis of the the current situation of the contractor in the field of labour law relations, possible solutions to his problem are suggested, which is lack of employees in connection with the retirement of the employees.

Evaluation of Employee Satisfactionin a Selected Company

The purpouse of this Master's thesis is to be concerned about the issue of employee satisfaction and fluctuation in manufacturing industry. Theoretical part sumarizes a literature review which is neccesary for implying the conclusions from practical part of this thesis. This particular part deals with employee satisfaction connected with benefits and wages. The research itself includes an own questionnaire survey wchich leads to analysis of current situation and it subsequentely suggests possible measures and solutions for increasing the employee satisfaction and decreasing the fluctuation in XYZ company.
