This master's thesis deals with the design of stoker-fired boiler for combustion of biomass. The main points of work are stoichiometry calculation of combustion, determining the dew point of flue gas, calculation of losses, which ones serves for determination of boiler efficiency, dimension design and detail calculation of thermosetting surfaces. In the last chapter is numbered total balance and real thermal efficiency of boiler.
Design of Steam Boiler

This thesis is focused on design of black coal combustion boiler of 160t/h output. It consists of several parts. First, stechiometric calculations and enthalpy of air and gas are made, then heat balance of boiler and the boiler losses are calculated, and also thermal efficiency is determined. In next step, the combustion chamber is designed and its thermal calculation is made. Then, each of heating surfaces are designed, and in the last step overall energy balance of the boiler is checked. The scheme of pressure system and design documentation added.
Boiler for Brown Coal Combustion

The aim of the master’s thesis is thermal calculation and dimensional design of boiler of 235 t/h which burns brown coal. The work is divided into several parts. In the first part, stoichiometric calculation and the calculations enthalpy of flue gases and air are performed. After calculating the heat balance and loss of the boiler, the boiler efficiency is counted. In the next part, thermal calculation of combustion chamber is calculated. Subsequently, design of the individual heating surfaces is proposed. Finally, the overall heat balance of the boiler is inspected. The calculation is supplemented by drawing of the boiler.

The aim of the work is the design of a grate boiler of 200 t . h-1 output, which will burn brown coal or wood chips. The work is divided into several parts. First, stoichiometric calculation and the calculations enthalpy of flue gases and air are performed. After calculating the heat balance and loss of the boiler was counted boiler efficiency. The design of individual heating surfaces is proposed and at the end are controlled the overall heat balance of the boiler. The calculation is supplemented by drawings.

The thesis deals with steam boiler design of 88 tons per hour capacity and with the outlet steam parameters of 9,6 MPa and 520 °C. Fuel for boiler is wood chips. The main focus of the thesis is on heat calculation, design of dimensions and layout of heat surfaces. The thesis also include drawing of steam boiler.
Grate Boiler for Wood Chips and Coal Combustion

The work deals with the constructional and calculation design of the boiler for burning wood and combustion coal in scale (30/70-coal), in load 50 t/h, parameters of steam output p=7,5 MPa, t=480 °C and a temperature of feed water 105 °C. It is a boiler with natural water circulation by evaporation surfaces. In proposal first steichiometric calculations and enthalpic calculations of air and flue gas are performed. Then it is calculated heat balance, the boiler losses and the thermal efficiency is determined. After designing the combustion chamber and dimensions of pulls are determined. In last chapter the overall energy balance are checked. Drawing documentation of steam boiler is a part of the work.

The aim of the work is to design a brown coal combustion boiler of 235 t/h output. The work is divided into several parts. The goal of this Master’s Thesis is to design a refuse derived fuel (RDF) fired steam boiler with 70 t/h processing ability. The assignment consists of requested output parameters of overheated steam and analysis of fuel components. This analysis was used for stoichiometric calculation of fuel. Furthermore, heat balance of the boiler was calculated, from which was determined the heat loss and the efficiency of the boiler. Individual designs and calculations of heating surfaces and boiler dimensions were carried out from requested output parameters.
Steam boiler for straw 10t/h, 320°C

The aim of this thesis is design a grate steam boiler for burning straw with an output of 10 tons of steam per hour. The produceds team has parameters 320 °C, 3,2 MPa. For a given fuel (fytomass) is calculated stoichiometric calculation. The following is the calculation of the heat balance of the boiler including the determinativ of thermal efficiency. The fuel used, the required parameters of steam and feed water temperature are designed individual convective surfaces and dimensions of the boiler. The boiler design includes drawings.
