Hydraulic cylinder
Svárovský, Petr ; Jandourek, Pavel (referee) ; Klas, Roman (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with problems of linear hydraulic motors. In the introduction, the general distribution of hydraulic motors is given. The main part of the thesis is devoted to linear hydraulic motors, their parts and construction. The strength calculation of the hydrau-lic motor is also given. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the mathematical model for calculating the natural frequencies of the hydromotors.
Study on wear of material in contact with MR fluid
Žáček, Jiří ; Vimmr, Jan (referee) ; Kubík, Michal (advisor)
This paper is focused on MR dampers and its critical parts in term of damper`s durability, which seems to be a piston-rod seals, and it should find an ideal material combination of seal and MR fluid for increasing the damper`s life. The tests were conducted in modified pin-on-flat configuration, which was supposed to be more suitable for laboratory testing. There was tested and compared a suitable material for seals, like PTFE, NBR, SBR of polyurethanes. The article is also focused on MR fluids and its contribution to seal`s wear. The impact of particle concentration, wear of MR fluid and effect of modification of MR fluid was tested. It showed up, that the best material for seal is H-PU95FDA. The effect of particle concentration is negligible on seal`s wear, while effect of modification and wear of MR fluids are significantly higher.
Design and construction of a linear hydraulic motor
Melichar, Martin ; Budík, Tomáš (referee) ; Merenus, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis is interested in linear hydraulic motors. The first part consist of technical research in the field of linear hydraulic motors. The second part focuses on the construction of linear hydraulic motors including all necessary calculations. The thesis also includes technical drawings containing the total linear hydraulic motor assembly with the drawings of the top and bottom cover.
Bakery Guild in České Budějovice and its seals
NESVADBA, Oldřich
This bachelor work documents seals of bakery guild, which are stored in SOkA České Budějovice. Initial material was the same fund, especially than vocational and journeyman certificates stored in this fund. Work itself is devided into three part. First briefly describes history of guild system and theory of sigillographia with taking account of guild sigillographia followed by sign of progress this guild systém in České Budějovice focused on bakery guild. This part ends by chapter about collection of chosen seals itself. Second part is catalogue of extent seals from years 1642 to 1798. Third part contains hooked illustations followed by index of literature and fund sources

Voskové směsi pro restaurování historických voskových pečetí
Bílková, Lenka ; Bartl, Benjamin ; Urbánek, Štěpán ; Zapletal, Martin ; Holakovská, Libuše
A large number of historic wax seals have been preserved in a fragmented state, which is linked to the increase in hardness and brittleness that sealing waxes undergo during natural ageing. The immediate cause of mechanical damage is careless handling or improper storage of archival records. This methodology compares the properties of both traditional and some alternative wax mixtures that are applicable for conservation of damaged seals. The aim is to highlight the advantages and disadvantages of using each of them, making it easier for conservators to choose a material that will meet their specific requirements. Chapter 2 first discusses the general requirements for such materials, from a technological, practical and ethical point of view. Chapter 3 deals with the properties of beeswax and the possibilities of their modification by the addition of other substances. Chapter 4 then discusses the new possibilities that open up the use of fossil wax mixtures. The chapters are supplemented by specific examples and recommendations.

Postup dezinfekce a čištění textilních závěsů pečetí

Legal regulation of the protection of sea mammals
Makovec, Vojtěch ; Damohorský, Milan (advisor) ; Žákovská, Karolina (referee)
The topic of this master thesis is the international legal regulation of the protection of marine mammals. The thesis concentrates primarily on the analysis of the species based international law instruments for the protection of the individual marine mammal species. This thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter addresses the main principles of the international environmental law, which have the biggest influence on the protection of marine mammals (biodiversity protection, precautionary principle and sustainable development). The second chapter describes the regulation of fisheries, which is closely related to the protection of marine mammals. This part deals with the historical beginning of the international regulation of fisheries, the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea, the division of the sea areas, regulation of individual fish species and the regulation of fisheries after the UNCLOS. The particular instruments of protection of individual species of marine mammals except Cetaceans are described in the third chapter (i.e. polar bears, Pinnipeds and Sirenidae). The protection of Cetaceans is analyzed in detail in the fourth chapter. The protection of whales on the ground of International Whaling Commission is accented. This chapter describes also the standpoint of the whaling countries...

Its first part gives the botanic description of plants, whose representation in visual art is expected, as to get a safe background to recognize the individual representations of plants on frescoes. Then there follow the catalogue of frescoes with floral subjects and a list of plants represented on particular frescoes. The following part summarizes the evidence of floral motifs on pottery, gems, jewellery and other Minoan and Mycenaean small objects. The last chapter brings several examples of artists using Minoan models as their inspiration in the Czech art from the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century.
