It is followed by the analysis of topics like management, human resources management, financial management and marketing, which influence the effectiveness and economy of the business. The practical part focuses on the issues leading to the identification of problematic areas in the aforementioned fields, and finally presents the suggestions supporting the improvement of the business' welfare.

The aim of my bachelor work "Family business in the selected region of Czech Republic" was to analyse business in that region. The first step presented the study of special literature and define the term family business. Then I did marketing research in the chosen area for which I selected questionnaire method. Afterwards I concentrated on the preparation of case studies. For this work I chose 2 companies: Regina {--} packing materials and Jan Pondělík {--} bakery and confectionery. At the end of each case study I suggested some recommendations for both firms.

The object of the bachelor´s thesis ``Family business in a chosen region of Czech Republic{\crqq} is analyzing family business in Benešov area, implementation of marketing research and processing of case studies. I tried to terminate a family business, history of a family business, advantages, disadvantages and the future of a family business in this thesis. Onward I evaluated results of marketing research and also made the analyze of two family companies. On account of information of the research and information of both companies I tried to verify research questions which were formulated on the basis of examined literature.

It also deals with the definition of family enterprises, focuses on problems that these firms have to face and it also outlines a history of family enterprising. Finally, the thesis evaluates prospects of family enterprising in the Czech Republic. In its practical part, the thesis introduces SACH Company, makes an analysis of its external environment and formulates the concept of a further development of this enterprise. In conclusion, the thesis summarizes problems of this firm and outlines a possible strategy for the enterprise into the future.
