The bachelor thesis deals with order process of contract in the company. Thesis is divided into several parts. I deal with theoretical knowledge of process management in the first part of work. Then follows introducing of company PENTA TRADING spol. s r.o., to whom the work was processed. In analysis of present state I detect company’s shortcomings. On the base of detected shortcomings I mainly focus on problematics of IS in the company.

Firma PEGRES obuv s.r.o. se již delší dobu potýká se stagnací v oblasti plánování a řízení výroby. Některé podnikové procesy jsou nyní značně zastaralé a v aktuálních podmínkách již neefektivní. Cíl práce je snížení nákladů s využitím procesní analýzy. Pro dosažení tohoto cíle bude provedena analýza současného stavu zastaralých procesů a budou popsány vybrané metody řízení výroby, které jsou svou povahou relevantní pro výrobu obuvi. Výstupem práce je sada doporučení a návrhů na změny v existujících procesech. Vybrané návrhy budou v prostředí firmy implementovány a práce zahrne zhodnocení výsledků po zavedení těchto změn.

Capacity Planning Tool for Project Management Support

This master’s thesis deals with the design and realization of support software tool for production capacity planning in selected company. Functionality of the application will be designed according to theoretical findings (from the area of process management and business informatics) and analysis of business processes and user requirements. Final support tool should facilitate all management decisions regarding long-term planning of production and will be implemented in Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic for Applications.

Master thesis deals with the order management process in the company XYZ Ltd. The thesis contains three main parts. The first part is evaluation of theoretical approaches to the solution, which is based on the literature. The next part is an analysis of the current state of the organization, where the issue of the order management in the organization is described. Based on this analysis , customized proposal solutions are made, to create added value for each activity to meet customer requirements.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the improvement of the business process. In the first part of the thesis is a necessary theoretical background. In the analytical part, the process is described in detail. At the end is suggested improvement of the process to reduce costs.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of contract award in business company Falco computer, s.r.o., which is providing low-voltage sites services and operating other IT services. In my bachelor thesis, I focuse on the analyzing of current status of contract award, including all sub-processes, which take part in order processing. I have made an improvement proposal, based on the results, which may lead to optimalization of every process and cost reduction. I also define requirements of realization and it’s benefits.

The bachelor thesis deals with process of commission in the company. Thesis is divided into more parts. The first part is about finding theoretical knowledge of process management. In the next part I introduce the company TURBOSOL SERVIS spol. s.r.o., from which I have all the information. In the analysis of the current state I reveal insufficiencies and on the base of them I will optimize the process order.
