Riedlová, P. The influence of motivation on employee loyalty in a company operating in the service industry. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2023. This thesis deals with employee motivation, satisfaction and loyalty. With the help of F. Herzberg's two-factor theory, information about the current motivational program of the chosen company and a survey conducted among employees, recommendations are proposed to improve the motivation and retention of satisfied employees. The first part is devoted to a literature search concerning organizational culture motivation, motivational theory, motivational tools and reward. The second part of the thesis is devoted to research and determination of recommendations.
Motivation of teaching staff from a selected kindergarten for further education and professional development

The thesis focuses on the motivation of teaching staff for further education, the use of their potential and the professional development of individuals. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part is mainly focused on motivation, motivational program and the teaching staff itself. Attention is also paid to further education, lifelong learning and curriculum and strategy documents. Within the research part, four research questions have been set based on the aim of the thesis. The empirical part is based on the research design of the case study. Within the case study, both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods are used to obtain data. For the teaching staff, a questionnaire survey method is used, while data is collected from the school management through a semi-structured interview. From the data collected, certain barriers are identified that make it difficult for the teaching staff to further their education and development. Each research question contains graphs that were obtained through the questionnaire survey, which are then described in detail. Data collected through interviews with the headteacher and headmaster are also included in each research question. Proposal for Changes of Motivational Programme in a Selected Company

The bachelor thesis focuses on the change in the concept of the incentive program in the selected company, its analysis, and subsequent suggestions on how to improve the program. The main objective of this bachelor thesis will be to propose an appropriate change in the concept of the motivation program for employees in the selected company Designfoods, s.r.o., which will lead to better performance of employees and greater prosperity of the company. The first part of the bachelor thesis is devoted to the theoretical background. The second part contains an analysis of the current state of the company. The research part included a questionnaire survey and an interview with the owner of the company. The questionnaire survey results and the owner's answers show that the employees are satisfied with the incentive program in the company, but still, there were some shortcomings. The last part of the paper focuses on six possible suggestions for improvement of this program.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the current motivation program of Montáže inženýrských sítí spol. s r. o. The aim of the thesis is to propose changes that will lead to optimization and increase of employee motivation. The theoretical background of the thesis defines important concepts that are used in the following parts of the thesis. The analytical part evaluates the current state of the motivation system in the company. Quantitative and qualitative methods were used in the research. For the quantitative research a questionnaire survey was conducted and for the qualitative research a structured interview with employees was conducted. The information obtained from the research is the basis for the design part. The actual solution proposals represent 7 possible suggestions for improving the company's incentive program.

In this thesis, the author deals with the motivational system of the selected organization. It specifies individual terms, which is motivation, motivational system, and individual components of employee remuneration. Through observation and questioning, the necessary data for a content analysis of employee satisfaction with the organization’s incentive program is obtained. Proposals for improving the employee motivational program are drawn up from the content analysis. Specific draft changes include the introduction of a variable wage component, team building activities, contributions to pension insurance and an intangible component of employee compensation.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the motivational system and proposals for changes to this system in the Czech Radio Brno, using a quantitative research method. The aim of the translated graduate thesis is to propose acceptable changes in the motivational program of the enterprise for the training of qualified employees, which will allow further development of the selected organization. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts relating to motivation, the system of remuneration and overall remuneration. The second part contains an analysis of the current incentive system of the selected enterprise. As part of the data collection, a questionnaire survey was conducted to find out the employees ' satisfaction with the existing incentive program. The results of the questionnaire survey show that employees are to some extent satisfied with the current remuneration system. The last part of the work focuses on 6 possible proposals for improving this system.

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the motivation and system of remuneration of employees in the selected company. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the issues of motivation, remuneration and employee satisfaction. The analytical part follows, which takes place in the form of semi-structured interviews with the company's employees. After evaluating the results of the interviews, measures are proposed to change the remuneration system and thus increase employee satisfaction in the company.

Diploma thesis first focuses on the theoretical basis of solved problems, then on the analysis of internal and external influences on the solved problems. At the end of the thesis the proposals are submitted. These proposals should lead to improvements in the motivation and adaptation system and reduction in staff turnover in the Southern Moravia Agency.

The aim of the diploma thesis entitled "The Proposal of Development Company's Incentive System" is to analyse the current status of employees' motivation in the company IMOS Brno, a.s. The thesis contains analysis of current employees' incentive system. The data was gathered via questionnaire focused on satisfaction of employees and introduced incentive tools. Based on the results improvement measures are formulated which will lead to higher employees' satisfaction.
