The changes are geared to enhancing the effectiveness of staff members and increase customer satisfaction.

The bachelor thesis focuses its goal on description and implementation of the information system application of the organisation financed by the state budget. After analysing the existing information system, change recommendations were proposed, that meet the norms, standards, and organisation requirements. Subsequently, the recommendations were implemented into application suggestion. The solution aim to automate data storage and search processes, transform related data into visual presentation, and thus reduce the length time of customer service.

Thesis consists of short introduction into method of visual education, main elaborated topics and description of prepared information system, which cover whole project. Thesis ends with system evaluation and usage of topics for students and references by students, they have already used described project.

Bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the information system division IT&S, company ABB Ltd. and the subsequent creation of the draft amendments to eliminate the current problems. The work is focused on a specific part of the information system of the company, on Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The main objective of the work will draft measures to optimize this production system. Partial objective will be to extend the information system.

Then follows introducing of company PENTA TRADING spol. s r.o., to whom the work was processed. In analysis of present state I detect company’s shortcomings. On the base of detected shortcomings I mainly focus on problematics of IS in the company.

RouterOS Devices Management System

This bachelor's thesis describes a design and an implementation of an information system for management control and remote configuration of devices running MikroTik's RouterOS system. Primary purpose of the system is managing all compatible devices at one place. Within each device you can modify its DNS and DHCP settings, create or edit static DNS records and static routes. System is written in PHP using Nette Framework and MySQL database.
