The dissertation describes the issue of purchase financing of a long-term property from external financial sources in the concrete company. The dissertation is engaged in analysis of investment credit and finacial leasing offers and benchmarking of both. On the basis of the selected decision-making method there is chosen one financial product in the dissertation, which is most suitable product for financing of new equipment in the defined company.

This Master’s thesis deals with the analysis of long-term corporate financing. Described is financing through the capital market securities – by shares and bonds as well as bank loan. The first part compares the theoretical possibilities of external financing, the second part is focused on the analyse of IPO and analysis of IPO which was realized in Czech republic by listed companies.

I analyse the ways how to secure the company´s liquidity and solvency, financial equilibrium and healt by means of the financial analysis of the activity and results of the company.

The thesis focuses on finding certain outputs which represent always the best option from several possibilities of financing, either from external or internal resources.

It deals with a detailed analysis of products offered by leasing companies and banking institutions. It primarily examines financial leasing and investment credits. The essence of the thesis is to find the most appropriate external financing option for a purchase of cargo trucks, based on the analysis of particular offers.
