Information system for registration of meetings in trading companies

This work has been created to keep file of descriptions of salesmen negotiations for the company management. The application uses relational database system MySQL to store the data and a web interface as the program access. It was written in PHP script language. The data from the records will be used for evaluating and assessment. A part of the work is original graphic template that uses CSS cascade style and jQuery libraries. A reminding module has bee added, which notifies the terms of negotiations, meetings, and e-mails to reduce the danger of missing a term. The data is used to create graphs showing the monitored values, status and progress of events.

Research Organization Information System

This work aims to develop a web information system capable of handling administrative processes within research projects of the CIISB infrastructure. Base functionality of the system consists of project registration, reviews, full support of the communication via email, controlling projects' statuses and managing documents. Maximal automation of administrative processes and unlimited extensibility are key aspects of the system. The implementation is lead by C# programming language and related open source technologies from Microsoft. The text of the thesis accompanies the reader through all phases of the basic software development cycle except deployment and maintenance.

Attendance System Terminal

This thesis deals with electronic attendance systems which are nowadays being widely used to record employee attendance. General problem of attendance tracking is introduced in first part of the thesis along with a conceptual solution of an attendance system terminal. Author then describes a circuitry and a PCB design of a baseboard for a Cubieboard2 minicomputer, a RFID reader and a touchscreen LCD display. After successful testing of said PCB, the terminal has been completed and it was possible to focus on a software solution. Latter part of the thesis is dedicated to a specifics of the Allwinner A20 platform and its support by a GNU/Linux operating system. In following chapter author describes use of a Buildroot software for creating a Linux based binary image for an aforementioned minicomputer. Since an operating system and a peripheral support were successfully tested author could focus on a design and implementation of an attendance software that is described in the final chapter.

Bachelor thesis is focused on present way how Medingo s.r.o. deals with invoices generation process for their sales representatives. Based on real experiences I try to design new methodology of invoice management and generation process. New design should increase level of automatization and standardization which should lead to simpler, faster and less-error occurring experience in comparison to current state.

Process Optimization in the Company

The bachelor thesis deals with process optimization in the company Czech Craft Beers a.s. Based on a detailed analysis, improvements are proposed. The main proposal is the relocation of warehouse space and the introduction of records of returnable packaging. The aim of the optimization proposal is to simplify the processes related to storage and subsequently reduce operating costs.

My bachelor thesis deals with internal guidelines of the capital company. First part is focused on theoretical starting points for internal guidelines, long-term assets, evidence, depreciations and accounting of the long-term assets. Second part deals with the company’s introduction and the assessment of the actual internal guidelines. The last part deals with the comprehensive proposal of the internal guidelines on the topic of long-term assets.

Web Information System Design Proposal

This bachelor’s thesis deals with evaluation and design of a website, where will also be designed information website system (further IS). It will have a form of a calendar and it should help the firm to better time planning, organization of work, guidance of employees and echo checking of information. In IS there will be modules for evidence of workers, customers, orders, services, costs and particular jobs. IS design will be like that so there is an opportunity to add extending modules.
