Substantiation of Electronic Evidence
Hloušková, Veronika ; Gřivna, Tomáš (advisor) ; Richter, Martin (referee)
Substantiation of Electronic Evidence Abstract The subject of this master thesis is the analysis of the procedural instruments that are entrusted to the law enforcement authorities on the basis of Act No. 141/1961 Coll., on Criminal Procedure (Criminal Procedure Code) and which are used in current practice in connection with substation of electronic evidence. The main aim of this master thesis is to evaluate whether the current legislation is sufficient to effectively secure electronic evidence and at the same time protects constitutionally guaranteed fundamental rights of persons without unreasonable interference with these rights. Appropriately set procedural regulation is desirable with regard to the development of information and communication technologies, and therefore this issue is very relevant. The first chapter deals with evidence in criminal proceedings in general, using a mainly descriptive method, which is essential for understanding the whole master thesis. At the same time, it does not neglect to refer to electronic evidence, especially through examples. The second chapter is the key part of the whole master thesis, analysing the legal regulation of electronic evidence from several perspectives. First, it divides them into categories for clarity, and then discusses the procedural methods by...

Part work also description of the control system and all the necessary parts for reconstruction. At last this thesis deals with the problem, which is linked to the deployment of automation in general, including the negative aspects, describes the problem of industrial communication systems along with the most used fieldbus that is used in the implementation of automated solutions.
The Proposal for Digitalization of the Recruitment Process in a Personnel Agency in Brno
Špačková, Kristýna ; Konečný, Štěpán (referee) ; Bumberová, Veronika (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the challenge in the field of digitalization of the recruitment process of the branch of the personnel agency situated in Brno. The theoretical part contains literature searches in the field of digitalization of the recruitment process of personnel agencies through strategic management and a description of selected analytical-research and evaluation methods used in this area and type of research. The analytical part contains the application of selected analytical-research methods in order to identify key factors for assessing the possibility of digitalizing the local strategy of the Brno branch, whose conclusions enter the COP method for subsequent evaluation. Based on the results obtained, in the design part, a suitable variant of the further direction of the company is chosen and its elaboration into more specific interventions.
Dimensional Analysis of a Prototype Part Produced by Soft-tooling
Matuška, Jan ; Zouhar, Jan (referee) ; Slaný, Martin (advisor)
This thesis aims to survey contemporary methods of Rapid Prototyping technology, their principle, positives and negatives. Further use of these and other methods for production of forms for small series. The importance of these branches is growing up and it seems, that this trend is going to continue. The practical part of this thesis follows up with manufacturing of Soft Tooling cast and its dimensional analysis.
Economic Aspects of Process Innovation in an Enterprise
Bilík, Adam ; Gregor, Ondřej (referee) ; Bočková, Nina (advisor)
The presented bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of selected economic aspects of the established process innovation in the field of production digitalization in the selected company. The economic benefits of innovation for the company were formulated on the basis of the economic indicators results evaluation. The analysis and evaluation of the implemented process innovation in a broader context clearly shows that the specific process innovation in the field of production digitalization has become a significant benefit for the company, as it has a positive impact on the company as well as on its employees and future direction. Digitization in general thus represents a clear trend that the analysed society intends to continue.
Current sensor with digitized output signal
Hanuš, Ivan ; Vágner, Martin (referee) ; Havránek, Zdeněk (advisor)
The objective of this thesis is to describe principles of measuring of alternating current in low voltage power supply network with Rogowski coil and to study details of requirements for electronic current sensor with digital output. Furthermore to study the current solution of digitalization of output signal from Rogowski coil and to determine metrological characteristics of the digitalization module for processing the signal from the Rogowski coil as current sensor and to design a concept of an electronic current sensor unit with Rogowski coil and the digitalization module with the expected optical output. The theoretical part deals with the measurement of current using Rogowski coil, its characteristics and advantages compared to conventional current transformers. Further in the thesis there are specified the requirements for current sensor. The practical part deals with the design of digitalization module consisting of a pair of AD converters, a microcontroller and output circuits. Furthermore, the thesis deals with digital signal processing of signal from Rogowski coil. Furthermore, the thesis describes firmware for microcontroller and PC application. The result of thesis is functional circuit of electronic current sensor that processes signal from Rogowski coil and converts it to digital form.
IO-Link demo panel

This bachelor thesis deals with industrial interface IO-Link, sensors and display elements which enable communication on this interface. The thesis focuses on principles of the communication between devices and masters which are connected by IO-Link interface. The subject of the thesis is an instrumentation of the IO-Link components and research of devices available on the market. The aim of this thesis is a specification of the components, design and construction of a panel which demonstrates the IO-Link interface and programming control app for the PLC and visualization.
Device for scanning the museum collection
Drapač, Lukáš ; Janáková, Ilona (referee) ; Honec, Peter (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with designing and construction of the device, which should improve the digitalization of the museum collection of Easter eggs in terms of effectiveness and data presentation. This thesis presents design of the device, which was printed on a 3D printer, and the hardware components of the device. Programs for controlling the device and rendering 3D models of Easter eggs were written in C++, C# and Java. When started, the device takes pictures around the perimeter of the Easter egg and processes them. The results are 3D models, which can be viewed from Gallery in the desktop application.
