The aim of bachelor´s thesis is the construction and technological studies and selected technical prescriptionts for a new house multigenerational family house in Leština at Herálec. Bachelor´s thesis contains technical prescriptionts, and their corresponding control test plans, also includes time and financial plan for stage of coarse substructure, the resolution of wider transport relations, project construction site equipment, catalogue of used machinery, balance the deployment of workers, drawings movements mechanical assemblies, health and safety plan, and the seminar work for the design of wastewater treatment plant.

Contemporary Health and Safety at Work Problems and their Influence on the Functioning of an Organization

This diploma thesis elaborated on the subject „Contemporary Health and Safety at Work Problems and their Influence on the Functioning of an Organization“ focuses on the description of contemporary state of Health and safety at work problems in work activities, where the source of risk is represented by chemical substances, from the point of view of a company. The thesis sets out a view of legislative definition for the mentioned topic and also the possible application of safety at work management programs. This part also includes a summary description of risk analysis methods. In the practical part of the thesis, there is an organizational directive for a fictive company engaged in chemical production made. This directive will identify possible occupational risks resulting from the manufacturing process, and it will also evaluate the amount of risk for particular work activities in conjunction with hazard factors. The next part of the thesis contains a proposal of measures for risk reduction, based upon the previously mentioned evaluation. In the final part of the thesis, the author contemplates the possibilities of health and safety at work system improvement.

The selected parts of construction technology project - Apartment building „Panoráma nad přehradou“

The objectives of the diploma thesis are selected parts of construction technology project – apartment house „Panoráma nad přehradou“. The diploma thesis contains operational procedure of manufacture of bored piles and foundation slab (use of waterproof concrete) and their applicable control and test plans. Another part of the diploma thesis are time and economic plans, concept of site equipment, study of main technological phase realization and block plan drawing. Item budget, OHSAS, operational procedur for manufacture of RC cast-in-place floor slabs and assigned drawings were done within another task.

The diploma thesis investigates and solves an issue of risk in a logistics company from the point of view of safety at work and personal safety in emergencies. The first part of the thesis is focused on the issue of safety at work and personal safety in emergencies in storage space in the logistics company and its theoretical solution. The following chapters of the thesis deal with identified risks and work including implemented risk analysis. Another part of the thesis consists of solutions for lowering cancelling the hazards of certain threats and danger. In the final part, summarize all the conclusions and suggest recommendations.

Campus TRIANGL Uherske Hradiste - construction technology project

The subject of this thesis is a construction technology project Areal triangle in the town of. The work includes a technical report on the structural and technological project technical report construction site along with drawings of building equipment, technological prescription for the implementation process of monolithic structures, being associated inspection and test plan, as well as draft mechanical assemblies, technical report broader transport relations, including drawings, itemized budget calculation according THU and the timetable for construction. It also dealt with contract work, instructions for use of the building and assess two variants of cranes in economic terms. Also at work are chapters dealing with safety at work and environmental protection. More specifically, the work deals with one of the main buildings, namely the object SO10 - Building A. The construction is a reinforced concrete monolith on five floors. The work is mainly focused on the shell construction.

This study investigates the management of a construction project from the building contractor’s point of view. The main aim is to describe the construction readiness process, including the technical drawings, risk assessment and OSH solutions. The literature review provides an overview of the key terminology used in the management of a construction site, contractor readiness and OSH. The practical section of this study then describes order preparation, construction readiness, risk assessment, OSH solutions and fire risk assessment for the I/43 Milonice intersection turn lane.
