Residence Dlouha - Building Contruction Project

The subject of this diploma thesis is the building construction project of Residence Dlouha in Olomouc. It is an apartment building with two to four floors and a basement with garages. The diploma thesis contains a time and finance schedule, a site equipment project and technological procedure of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor and a green roof including a quality control. Moreover, a set of machines, usage options of a tower crane or a mobile crane and usage options of a mobile pump or a concrete container have been processed for this building. During the building process it is cared about work safety and environment protection.

The aim of this work is the processing of the technological project for the ,,Skladová hala v Měříně“, which addresses the preparation and organization of construction. Construction technology the project involves the processing of time plans, economic evaluation, design of pumping sources for construction, working procedures, construction site equipment, and design of major machines and mechanisms. Further, it is processed a detailed technological regulation and inspection and test plan for a prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton. All technological procedures are processed with regard to work safety and environment.

Multifunctional House - project planning and management of construction

This master´s thesis deals with project planning and management of construction of multifunctional building. The main part of thesis are budget of object and schedules of work, which contain realization of reinforced concrete structure and other related works. Another part of thesis deals with the technical regulations about the implementation of horizontal and vertical parts of reinforced concrete structure and from finishing works about realization of inside plasters. Following this part there is design and schedule of using of appropriate building machines and small machinery for their implementation, design of site equipment, quality assurance of works performed, safety of work and minimization of environmental impact. The thesis contains also proposal of contract of work. This work does not deal with substructure of multifunctional building, because this is solved in bachelor thesis.

The main content of the work formed the technical report, the construction situation, the budget with the statement of assessment, technological regulation, construction site equipment, timetable, design of mechanical assembly, inspection and test plan and work safety.

The subject of this final thesis is the construction technological project of extension of the apartment block in Brno. The work contains a comprehensive technical and accompanying report, the proposal for the site facility, also resolves the broader relations of transport routes to the site facility, budget and time plan. In the technological regulations is included the implementation process of ceiling and floor constructions, these regulations also include the proposal of machine set, safety plan and inspection and test plan.
