The bachelor thesis deals with the regional authority, namely the township. This thesis will be closely focused on investment plan of the township in the years 2009 - 2013. The practical part describes the township Pecka in general terms but also the financial situation of the township is considered. The center of the bachelor thesis is the investment plan of the building observatory in Krkonošská view, financial part of the project and possible impact on the implementation of this project to management of the township.

Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of mortgage loans in crisis years 2007 - 2014. The theoretical part deals with the issue of mortgage loans as such, but also the general causes of the crisis and others aspects, which affected developement. The analytical part already address the causes and the implications of this segment of the banking market, respectively how varied the conditions and requirements for the provision of mortgage loans in time period within Czech Republic market.
Risk Management of Bank Credit System and Decision Making Process

The theoretical part of this thesis describes the development of Czech banking sector, especially with emphasis on post-revolutionary rebirth within the new conditions of market economy. The following part demonstrates the decision-making credit account process of a bank on a particular case study based on the methodics and procedures leading up to maximal elimination of credit risk. At the same time, the author presents a partially modified internal opinion on a decision of particular business transaction. It is accented that every decision of a bank must comply with the regulations of CNB. The conclusion of the thesis affirms the maximal efforts of domestic banks to minimalize risks within their decision-making credit account processes, which is mirrored in current stability in the development of Czech banking sector.
Optimization of the Bank Loan Application

The work is based both on theoretical basis and practical working processes of banks for assessing client's financial standing in Czech market environment. Basic preconditions for successful credit allocation to a business entity will be set along with evaluation of the importance of information from a credit requisition form's compulsory enclosure. A detailed analysis of the client's economy from a bank perspective will be succeeded by identification of critical risks and positives of an applicant's financial position.
Suggestion of the Optimalization of the Own Housing Financing

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the problem of optimizing the financing of housing. It analyzes the current real estate market and the development of the mortgage market. It also discusses aspects of the reviewing the effectiveness of the financial product. The practical section evaluates the criteria by which people follow in the selection of a financial product, and other factors that affect this decision. It also includes a model example of the chosen mode of financing of housing, which is concluded with the proposal for optimization.

The first part deals with certain types of mortgage loan, its collateral, process for execution and fees for processing, maturity and possibility of maturity the mortgage loan. It also includes the issue of building savings, its functions, purpose, minimal time of savings, interest rates and eventually also loan from building savings. The second part focuses on the offer of mortgage loans, building savings and subsequent comparison of these products on model example.
Assessment of Air Bank Performance and its Future Development Scenarios

The aim of this Master’s thesis is to analyze the performance of Air Bank a. s. in the period 2012 – 2017 using indicators typical for the banking sector. The results are compared with three selected competing banks. Then from publicly available information assesment is made for the two scenarios of the future development of Air Bank a. s. on the basis of the results of the economic evaluation. In the discussion part the scenarios are evaluated and then deducted the implications of Air Bank a. s. in case of fulfillment of the scenarios. The merger scenario is more advantageous in terms of economic and long-term competitiveness.
Financing of Construction Order from the Aspect Investor

The theoretical part deals with the building market. Mainly it focuses on the building market participants, the participants relationships and other financial resources. Afterwards it is dedicated to the building orders kinds according to various criteriums. The practical part is about financing possibilities of particular building object construction by means of mortgage credit where the investor is a married couple with one child. The mortgage credits are compared according to the determined conditions and requests by the investor. The result of the practical part is the evaluation and the best mortgage credit choice.
