Advantages and disadvantages of the animation program at outdoor school

This work focuses on the issue of animation program in outdoor schools, its advantages and disadvantages for teachers. The theoretical part is devoted to defining the concept of school stay in nature and related experiential pedagogy and nature education. It also deals with legislation associated with the responsibility of school and teachers when students stay in nature. The work deals with the animation program, its organization, directions and importance. It analyzes the pedagogical psychological aspects of the animation program. It briefly describes the child in a foreign environment, his motivation and personal development in a foreign environment. The empirical part monitors the advantages and disadvantages of the animation program, expectations and benefits for teachers, students and their team. The interview also discusses the climate in the classroom and raises the issue of early interventions in the field of bullying. The main goal of my diploma thesis is to find out what advantages and disadvantages the animation program at the school in nature represents. Whether teachers see a benefit in the animator's work with children or include more interesting program themselves. These strategies include the conception of educational programmes, particularly animation programmes for schools. The diploma thesis gives a definition of the animation of culture, its position and function in education. It focuses on a concrete type of an educational programme; an animation programme for the 1st and 2nd grade of basic school held in various types of cultural institutions. The thesis analyses the creation and realization of the animation programme from two perspectives; a theoretical and a practical one; by means of interviews with contemporary authors of animation programmes as well as by means of observation of the programmes. The two perspectives represent the confrontation of the ideal and real state of the issue. The conclusion offers practical recommendations in response to the articulated problems during the creation and realization of the programme. Animation as a component of the hotel product

The thesis is focused on animation as part of the product chosen hotel. Its aim is to specify the position of the animation in the hotel product including justification of its importance in the process of meeting the needs of our customers. Through the results of the analysis conditions providing animation services to selected hotel was built design, such as the possibility of increasing the standard of service. For this analysis was chosen Wellness hotel Frymburk.
