The thesis is focused on analysis of customer satisfaction and proposals for measures to increase the level of the company Rely Services Ltd., which sells Hyundai cars and a range of accompanying services. The theoretical part contains important terms remainder of this issue is observed customer behavior, the entire process of purchase and meet the needs, then also ways to measure this satisfaction. The practical part is based on the theoretical part, which is initially described the company and its field of activity, are subsequently analyzed measurements of customer satisfaction, which includes individual and sections. In the final part of the analysis and evaluation of the proposal to improve customer satisfaction Rely Services Ltd.

Analysis of Selected Company by Using the Selective Methods

The thesis is aimed at analysis of a selected company Goldpress s.r.o., which specializes in the printing industry. The first part deals with theoretical bases, further are performed analyzes – PESTEL analysis, Porter's analysis, 7S and selected methods of financial analysis. The results of the partial analyzes are summarized in the SWOT analysis. The conclusion of the thesis suggests recommendations based on results of performed analyses and aimed at improving the current state.

Analysis of Economy for Selected Municipalities

This master’s thesis deals with the evaluation of quality of life in Machová. Needs of inhabitants are detected with the help of a questionnaire survey. Partial target is to analyze the economy of selected municipality. The work is divided into three sections. The first section describes the theory of municipal budget and the issue of internal and external environment of Machová. In the second, analytical part of the thesis is presented selected municipality, an analysis of its financial performance for the past seven years and SLEPTE and SWOT analysis. In the third, the proposal part is a questionnaire survey of citizens' satisfaction. The results of the questionnaire and results of analysis is used to formulate proposals to improve the quality of life in Machová and to improve its economy situation.

Managing International Event Grand Prix Moravie in Public Relations

This bachelor thesis is dealt with increasing the efficiency of public relations while holding the international life saving tournament Grand Prix Moravie in Brno. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the theory which is necessary for understanding the above mentioned issue. The following part is devoted to the analysis of the current status of the PR in the tournament. Several suggestions were advised to improve and increase the efficiency of communication with the public based on these analyses.
