Security provisions of VoIP traffic in Open source PBX
Chalás, Jaroslav ; Daněček, Vít (referee) ; Šilhavý, Pavel (advisor)
Main goal of creating the Open Source project and GPL licence are free sources and applications available for a wide public. Competent communities are responsible for support and upgrade of Open source based applications and softwares, which are created on a voluntary bases. Due to this fact an implementation depends on plenty others publicly available libraries and applications, which sometimes complicate the installation process itself. Successfully created VoIP connection is two-phase based process. Signalization is necessary in the first place, which might be supported with H.323 or SIP. After call parameter negotiation – voice codec, cipher code, ports etc, the second phase takes over to transfer voice. Theoretical part of this thesis describes SIP, H.323, MGCP, RTP and IAX protocols, as well as secure ways of signalization and voice stream part of the call. These might be SIPS, SRTP, ZRTP and IPsec. In thesis Open Source Asterisk PBX is well described, when mentioning its options, features and community support. I put near options available for particular releases and introduce attacks and abuses which are possible to perform on the VoIP system in general, together with available, no cost and working tools to perform the attacks with. Practical part focuses on possibilities to generate experimental attacks on individual systen parts with exact definition of what the consequences are. Based on the overall analyse of achieved results I conclude three solutions as autoinstallation linux packages. These „deb“ packages consist of specific Asterisk release required to meet the security needs, ready-to-test configuration and guide to follow with correct options to set. Final security possibilities requires hardening on application layer, where Iptables takes its part. „Linux firewall“ as some express Iptables are configured to reflect VoIP system parameters and protect from DoS attacks.

The forms of CAN syndrom - overview work
MARTÍNEK, Daniel
The presented bachelor thesis is written in the form of a review study. The main goal is to summarize the available scientific studies, research and information from the literature, both Czech and English, from 1992 to 2021, concerning the CAN syndrome. The content includes works from domestic and foreign literature. Scientific studies come from the scientific database Scopus, Research gate and JSTOR. Expert articles were obtained through Google Scholar. Sources that were available in Czech or English are used also from the book literature. It turned out that there are many studies and professional texts in this area abroad and, with a few deviations, they coincide in their content with the Czech ones. Based on the studied literature, the most common forms of CAN syndrome are defined, which are dealt with in the first half of the work. The professional articles included the consequences of these forms of CAN syndrome, signs of how to recognize these forms of the syndrome of an abused, mistreated and neglected child, as well as a description of their various forms. In addition to physical injuries, the main problem with CAN syndrome was the uncertain relationship with parents, which then affects children throughout their lives. Furthermore, the literature describes the forms of CAN syndrome, which they names as special and as new. These are incorporated in the work as three forms of the syndrome, which were in some literature marked as the classic ones. The first part of the theoretical work also processes statistical data that the sources contained. They showed that this syndrome is a relatively large problem both abroad and in the Czech Republic. Another area that appears in the literature is the therapy of CAN syndrome and a list of institutions that address this issue. The conclusions of this work can serve as a basis for education in the field of CAN syndrome, which is, as evidenced by published studies, a serious problem both in our country and all around the world.

Brožková, Lenka ; Gabrhelík, Roman (advisor) ; Rolová, Gabriela (referee)
Background: The use of psychoactive prescription drugs (PPDs) in the patient population is poorly studied in Czechia. Aims: (i) To investigate the prevalence of PPDs use; (ii) to estimate the extent of doctor shopping (DS); (iii) to explore the association between the repeated use of PPD, DS and subsequent addiction care. Design and setting: Pharmacoepidemiological study using the precription database and the database of reimbursed health services of health insurance company Zamestnanecka pojistovna Skoda (2012-2021). Participants: Insurees (n=146,177; male n=71,013; female n=75,164) represented by approximately 340,000 health records. Measurements: To identify drug use in the form of DS we analyzed prescription overlaps from multiple health care providers. The association between repeated use of PPD and provided health services was determined by analyzing the drug history of insurees who received any type of addiction service. Findings: We found that more than half of the insurees who used the opioid analgesic also used anxiolytic drugs in the same year. The highest proportion of insurees with DS was related to stimulant use (3.37%). Regarding opioid analgesics and benzodiazepines, the proportions were similar (OA 2.25%; BZD 2.37%). The number of duplicit prescriptions per doctor shopper was the...

1 Abuse of dominance on the internet Abstract The topic of the thesis is the traditional competition law delict of abuse of dominant position, but on the internet. The first, theoretical, chapters of the thesis focus on the development of the concept of abuse of dominance in the European Union law during the past decades. Subsequently, they describe the digital market, its specifics and defining characteristics. The next part of this thesis uses this information to describe the specifics of competition law regulation in relation to internet services. In particular, the specifics of the definition of relevant markets and market power are analysed. The practical part of the thesis deals with a case study of two European Commission decisions. Namely, the merger decision in Case COMP/M.7217 - Facebook / WhatsApp and the abuse of dominance decision in Case AT.39740 - Google Search (Shopping). The first decision was chosen because it provides a good example of definition of the relevant markets in relation to internet services, where the Commission had to define the relevant product market based on product characteristics. The antitrust decision is then described in the light of its complexity and the judicial review that has already taken place. It also touches the issue of self-preferencing as, in principle, a...
