Design and Implementation of a Software Application in Corporate Environment

This diploma thesis is focused to design, implementation and deployment of a Document Management System in company Xterway, a.s. Thesis is divided into four parts. The first part contains theoretical background necessary for realization. Analysis of current state of the company and its information system is provided in the second part. The last part is dedicated to realization itself followed by an assessment of the achieved results. The new system should simplify work for employees and reduce maintenance costs.

Informační systém pro správu fotografických zakázek

Cílem této práce je vytvořit webovou aplikaci pro fotografy a jejich klienty, která bude umožňovat fotografům nahrávat a publikovat jejich fotografie a klientům fotografie vybírat a objednávat. Systém se skládá ze dvou částí. První je veřejná, přístupná klientům, druhá část je administrační systém pro fotografy. Na vytvoření systému byly použity především tyto technologie: HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, Apache a JavaScript. V práci se podařilo vytvořit informační systém, jehož hlavním přínosem je zjednodušení komunikace mezi klientem a fotografem.

Based on the company analysis and requirements is designed a new system of employee authorization in CMS systems of the company. The design of the employee authorization API solution is based on the OAuth 2.0 protocol.

Design of an information system for communication within a company

In this work I design an information system for communication in a small company with ambiguous communication channels. A lot of communication noise, which reduces the effectiveness of management and employees is created through the company. System designed in this work should solve the problems and improve company‘s performance. The result is an analysis of problems and needs of the company together with a complete system design - description of functionalities and their behavior, graphic design of the solution and recommendation of technology for development. In conclusion, I evaluate the economic impact on the company.

Diplopma thesis values current situation of information system and sets conditions for optimised solution focused on overall improvements in effectivity and functions of information system.

Obsahem této diplomové práce je analýza stávajícího stavu informačního systému ve firmě KOVOLIKA STAINLESS a.s., která má vést k návrhu změn pro zvýšení efektivity výroby a zlepšení informační bezpečnosti. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout aplikaci pro zefektivnění výroby. V druhé části práce budou navrženy postupy pro zvýšení informační bezpečnosti ve firmě.
