Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozvojem obchodních aktivit franšízové pobočky cestovní agentury Invia, která se nachází v Kuřimi nedaleko Brna. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny podstatné pojmy a definovány analýzy, které budou následně aplikovány. Výstupem bakalářské práce je návrh spočívající v založení cestovní kanceláře, což povede k rozšíření nabídky, zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti a rovněž celkových zisků podniku.
On-line marketing communication

This bachelor’s thesis analyzes the online marketing communication of Foreigners s. r. o. company during the pandemic of SARS-CoV-2. The theoretical part is dedicated to general principles regarding the significance and different types of digital marketing. The analytical part consists of analysis of company’s current state, internal and external analyses of digital marketing communication as well as a competitive benchmarking for their validation through comparison. The results are complemented by statistical data extracted from Google Analytics tool and distributed accordingly in SWOT analysis. The last part of the thesis proposes appropriate online marketing solutions based on the results from the analytical part.

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is to design the most effective marketing plan to generate the first 10 000 users for my project Avatar. Thesis consists of 3 parts. The first part is concerned with explaining the theoretical background and important terms needed for proper understanding of the topic. Second part is an analytical part which describes the current situation of project Avatar and its place in the market. Third part is the recommendation part which proposes a specific marketing plan for generating a set amount of users.
Business Plan for Gastronomic Facility

The subject of the thesis is the elaboration of a business plan for the foundation of a new gastronomic facility. The gastronomic facility will be small café located in Nitra Slovakia. This thesis defines basic concepts, objectives, methods, and theoretical knowledge necessary to clarify the subject matter on the basis of which a specific business plan is drawn up. In the conclusion of the thesis, the evaluation of the effectiveness of investing in a particular idea is summarized with the help of financial analysis.

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the marketing communication of the café Férová Palačinkárna in Hradec Králové. The thesis is based on definitions and terms defined in the theoretical section, which is followed by an analytical section and a description of today’s pandemic situation connected with the coronavirus and its influence on Férová Palačinkárna. Based on the described analysis and gained data, this thesis provides recommendation for improvements in marketing communication with a focus on the customers of Férová Palačinkárna.

This bachelor thesis focuses on marketing communication of EXE Jeans shop which is a retail store with many branches over Czech Republic. In the first part, there will be covered and explained theoretical foundations which are closely connected to the topic that I am working on and the second, practical part furthermore includes analysis of the current state in the selected company, its environment, and possible improvements in recommendations part which are the main objective.

Based on retrieved information from analyses, proposed solutions to issues and their benefits follow in the practical part.
