Bakalářská práce se věnuje systému odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti a je strukturována do tří kapitol. První kapitola představuje základní koncepty a informace týkající se systému odměňování. Následující část, založená na teoretických základech z první kapitoly, se věnuje analýze současného systému odměňování zaměstnanců a zkoumá vliv vnitřních a vnějších faktorů. Třetí kapitola se poté zaměřuje na návrhy ke zlepšení současného systému odměňování.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a software application that will be used to monitor and predict the financial indicators of the selected company. In the theoretical part, the basics of financial analysis and statistical methods are presented, which are then used in the analytical part of the thesis to evaluate the financial situation and the trend of the company's indicators. In the conclusion of the thesis, the graphical user interface and functionality of the software application, measures to improve the financial situation of the company based on the results of the analyses are presented. The application was implemented in Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic for Applications.

The work deals with the design of an application for calculating company economic indicators and assessing their potential future development using regression analysis and other statistical methods. The program, which is implemented in VBA language integrated into the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet environment, facilitates the analysis of the company's economic situation and assists in decision-making processes.

The theoretical part of the work approximates the theoretical basis necessary for the analysis and development of the program. The analytical part describes the current economic situation of the analysed company. The suggestion part contains a description of the developed software application and suggestions for measures to improve the company's current situation.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou opčního obchodování a jeho pokročilými strategii aplikovanými na finančních trzích s využitím algoritmického obchodování. Obsahem teoretické časti je základní koncepce finančního trhu, detailní charakteristika investičního instrumentu s jeho hraničními vlastnostmi a nastínění oblasti algo-trading. V následující kapitole je provedena implementace a analýza kombinovaných opčních pozic na podkladová aktiva typu akcií a exchange traded funds s využitím beta vážené delty. Výsledkem práce je navržení trading strategie, backtestování na historických datech a optimalizování jednotlivých parametrů pro vyšší efektivitu.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a software solution for optimizing the ordered quantity using the MS Excel program. The first part of the thesis explains all the necessary theoretical foundations that will be later used for processing the analytical part. The second part contains information about the company and its suppliers, as well as an analysis of the problem. The last part focuses on solving the given problem. The resulting program will serve as a tool for more efficient order creation.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the development of a software application that serves as a tool for conducting financial analysis of a chosen company. The knowledge from the theoretical part is used as a foundation upon which the following two parts of the thesis rely. The analytical part examines the economic situation of the company. The practical part focuses on describing the functioning of the created application and presents the output of the thesis in the form of a comprehensive evaluation of the current state of the company's economic situation, as well as recommendations for its improvement.

The bachelor thesis discusses the use of specific statistical methods to analyse data associated with diagnosis-related insurance events for a selected company providing and instituting insurance. In the theoretical background section we clarify the problem areas of the thesis. In the problem analysis part we evaluate the current state of the problem and the applicable technologies. We conclude the thesis by describing the proposal for a statistical analysis solution in the chosen tool of the company and evaluating the contributions of the thesis.

Matematické a statistické metody pro podporu vývoje softwarových aplikací

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou softwarové aplikace v jazyce Visual Basic for Application ve verzi 7.1, která pomocí vybraných matematických a statistických metod usnadňuje provedení finanční analýzy vybraného podniku. V teoretické části je vymezen teoretický rámec vycházející z rešerše odborné literatury. Praktická část se poté skládá z analýzy problému (resp. finanční analýzy podniku) a z návrhu řešení problému, jenž obsahuje návrh vyvinuté softwarové aplikace a zároveň doporučení pro podnik vycházející z provedené finanční analýzy. Softwarové aplikace by poté podniku měla zefektivnit a zrychlit tvorbu finanční analýzy.
