The Use of Methods of the Project Management in the Project of Voluntary Organisation

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to use theoretical knowledge, tools, and methods of Project management and their application to the project in charge of voluntary organisation. The idea behind the analysed project is an effort to organise a series of events to help integrate BUT international students into the local environment after they arrive in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first chapter defines the theoretical knowledge based on which solutions are created. The second part focuses on the organisation’s background, organisational structure, or description of problems that have occurred in the past. The last part works with theoretical tools and methods and transforms them into analyses suitable for the project.
