Solution of erosion control projects on the model complex land adjustment.

This thesis solves problems of erosion protection in land consolidation on three projects of selected model complex land adjustment. The first part deals with the theory of land consolidation, water erosion and potential erosion protection applicable to the design complex of land adjustment. In the second part we discuss practical solutions for erosion control, its calculation and the proposed erosion control plan in relation to the collective model in various projects.

Recultivation of Areas Damaged by Mining and Their Implemantation into the Project of Land Consolidation

This diploma thesis studies deal with landscape restoration after mining. At the beginning of work there are briefly summarize types of reclamation, their main period and the criteria for selection of right type. The diploma thesis focus on land reclamation after uranium mining and the practical part is made on the territory call "Rožná", which is located in "Kraj Vysočina". In this work, there is also chapter in which we evaluate a possibility involving areas after reclamation in land consolidation. This part is focused to the territorial system of ecological stability.

Historical treatment of land in Jihočeském kraji

The work describes the historical treatment of land in the South Region for the period: Rosenberg; Buquoys, Eggenberg and Schwarzenberg; after World War I.; after World War II.; after 1989. This work describes the changing of landscape in different seasons and informs about the most important adjustments, particularly in the fields of: fishing, forestry, water management and agriculture. There are elaborated landscaping history records from the beginning of the registration to the present. The work contains a treatise on colonization reforms, land consolidation, modern and contemporary land consolidation in the area of interest.

Administrative procedures of the realization the land consolidation

The content of this bachelor thesis is the issue of the current legislation in force in relation to land consolidation and the Administrative Code. I tried to completely analyze the entire area of land consolidation. Management of land consolidation is very specific, mainly because the provisions of the Administrative code are applied only minimally. I have analyzed the various stages of the proceedings, and I pay attention to appointing a guardian, the particulars of decisions and remedies that are established in administrative law. Financing of land consolidations - comparison of the prices of complex land consolidations in the South Bohemian region from their beginning until the recent time

I have chosen the topic of land consolidation, because I am working at the land office in České Budějovice since 1993 and - since 1996 - my activities there include budget planning based on contracts and subsequent invoice payments, all of those concerning land consolidation. In the first part of the thesis I am presenting an overview of land consolidation financing in individual land offices in South Bohemia since their beginning until the present time, including the number of land consolidations and sources of funds during 1993 - 2012. The second part of the thesis is devoted to comparison of prices of land consolidations in two comparable cadasters, Bošilec and Žabovřesky, where the difference between the instants when the contracts were signed is 9 years. The comparison results in an interesting finding that the price was lower in later realized land consolidation in cadaster Žabovřesky, which corresponds with the common trend in the country.

Building of road network in the frame of the plan of common appliances during the years 1995-2011 in the land offices České Budějovice and Český Krumlov in the dependence on the trends of their building prices

Building of field roads following the complex reparcelling follows from the plan of joint facilities and is proposed with respect to the given cadastre. In the Czech traffic rules, field road is mentioned as a kind of purpose-built communication. The Czech norm No. 73 6109 defines it as a of purpose-built communication, serving preliminarily to the farmers, but potentially having also other function. It can serve as a bicycle path, pedestrian path and mainly as a road for motor vehicles enabling the owners to reach fields in their possession and their rational use. Field roads and the surrounding vegetation contribute to the landscape scenery and its biodiversity, permanently and clearly determine the borders between fields and cadastres. In summary, they contribute to stability of the cadastre. My task was to evaluate the newly-built joint facilities, namely the road network, from the point of view of their costs for the land offices České Budějovice and Český Krumlov. Therefore, I used the data offered to me by these offices. All these data are summarised in chapter 5: Results and Discussion. In the Summary, I put together all the new findings and the course of building prices during 2000 - 2011.

Evaluation of anti-flood, anti-erosion and water-management common appliances in the frame of land consolidations

The extent of measures against erosion and floods, which belong to water management structures, is enormous. Any of these, including the technical, agrotechnical and organizational ones, should be correctly incorporated into the landscape. Erosion is a natural phenomenon, often affected by man (e.g. unsuitable agricultural practices, growing of monocultures), causing considerable damages. In the frame of land consolidation, these measures should perform positively and act against natural disasters. My task was to evaluate the effects of these measures on two model cases of land consolidation: cadasters of Vidov and Lékařova Lhota. My analysis was based on several points, mentioned in detail in my bachelor thesis, chapter 3: Main aims. In the Conclusions I summarize, whether or not these measures are in accord with the project documentation and whether or not they had a positive effect on the site.

Analysis of landscape changes due to land consolidation

The first part of the thesis deals with the detailed study of the literature on the subject of changing the structure of the landscape through landscaping. The thesis examines developments in the cadastral area from 1952 to the present. Reviews the development of the road network and sparse vegetation.
