Planning and project management - the possibility of applying simulation techniques
ŠEFRÁNEK, Jaroslav
From the knowledge gained by studying scientific publications and other resources on possibilities of applying stochastic approach in planning, directing and controlling the projects will be evaluated time analysis of the construction project. The project will be analyzed using simulation techniques. The subject of research, the project Modernization of the Czech Budejovice - Nemanice, which will be designed for appropriate recommendations.
Project management using Microsoft Office Excel
Šatalíková, Bohumila ; Kuncová, Martina (advisor) ; Škulavíková, Štěpánka (referee)
The thesis discusses the possibilities of project management and analysis and it is focused on solving project analysis using the network analysis. The text describes chosen used methods of analysis. This text together with other findings in the theoretical part is used in the solution of practice part. The aim of this thesis was to create a functional Microsoft Project-based add-in of Microsoft Excel to ensure planning and management of simple projects. This created add-in can manage the project, manage project resources, allocate these resources to individual project activities and carry out simple analysis of the project, including a Gantt chart.
Project management – practical application – the sewerage system construction
Rejmanová, Veronika ; Kuncová, Martina (advisor) ; Flusserová, Lenka (referee)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a plan of real-life project of sewerage system construction in Proseč municipality with the assistance of MS Project 2007 programme. The first, theoretical part contains explanation of basic terminology used in project management as well as a description of important analyses utilized in project management. One method of network analysis - Critical Path Method (CPM) - is also mentioned. Last but not at least, the MS Project programme, in which projects can be processed, is introduced. The practical part of the thesis brings us closer to practical issues of sewerage system construction. Some problems will occur during the planning of project, where a specific group of activities is repeated many times. It will be necessary to choose two different planning methods. The resource analysis, term analysis and cost analysis is executed.
The symbolic method of network analysis based on topological methods
Braun, Jaromír ; Žilka, Zdeněk ; Berka, Zbyněk
In the paper the regular skeleton of graph is defined and the generalized formula for evaluation of network determinants is presented. This reqiure explicit listing of the all regular multiskeletons of connected multigraph. The computer programs NTW001 and NTWTOOBV based on this methods will be presented.
Derivation of the network properties from the energetic model of .sub.m-./sub. port
Braun, Jaromír ; Žilka, Zdeněk ; Berka, Zbyněk
Flow of energy in the complex systems is the basic phenomenon of real communication systems. This phenomenon have to be taken into account in the theory of "black box model" of arbitrary dynamic system.
One dimensional model of the two dimensional interconnecting paths on PCB
Braun, Jaromír ; Žilka, Zdeněk ; Berka, Zbyněk
The exact partial differential model of complex PCB's interconnecting net is time consuming. In the paper we proposed to exploit the Christoffel-Schwartz conformal mapping of a polygon to the rectangular shape as the simple one dimensional model of a rectangular interconnecting path on PCB.
