Beginning of education in the region of Havlíčkův Brod - pupil and teacher in the country.

The works deals with topic of beginning of education in the region of Havlíčkův Brod after implementation of compulsory school attendance.This topic is important especially because it decribes process of education in villages of region of Havlíčkův Brod,establishing of schools and their running in general.Although education has its roots in time before implementation of duty to study,the law brought necessity of establishing new schools in the country,creating supervision over them, administering them, recruiting qualified teachers and giving pupils exactly stated grounds of education. The work deals primarily with the way of former teaching in the country,who and how there was taught,number of schools and what were the conditions at school itself.Further the work presents differences between education in towns and in the country.The work briefly deals with general political development in our region in 18th and 19th centuries.
The personality of teacher as an educational instrument in prevention of sociopathology

A purpose of this study was to contribute to the subject of an available theoretical characteristic of the teachers personality. To complete such a study seemed to be good reason for a practical excersize. The task was to conduct an objective evaluation of four teachers and compare it with their own selfevaluation. To achieve that, teachers were first rated anonimously by their students and afterwords through an observation technique by the author of this study. As per the students rating, all four teachers passed as good teachers. However, personality of each teacher was found to be very specific, showing some unique characteristics. That led to a final conclusion, which differs substantially from the theoretical opinion on the same subject, found in the literature.

The thesis has a theoretical and empirical nature. It focuses on issues of teacher's personality and view of 2nd Primary school for her. The first part describes personality traits, teacher and diverse teaching styles. It defines the professional competence of teachers, such as competence and communicative competence reflect on their activities. Attention is paid to define the characteristics of "good" teachers, who are the authority, assertiveness, emotional stability, sense of humor, fair evaluation, creativity and flexibility. In conclusion, the theoretical part of the established requirements and objectives for the current school teachers and the teaching profession The influence of personality. The practical part presents the results of quantitative research, which was written the method of questioning. The data obtained explain the view of 2nd Primary school teacher and a personality show, which features students assessed as significant and which forms and methods of work adopted positively.

This diloma thesis is focused on the topic of the relationship between the teacher and the pupils at the elementary school.The theoretical part describes changes in the czech school system after 1989 and concerns developement of the new educational aims. It also deals with the personality of a teacher and his temperament, choice of teacher´s profession and requirements for this job. The theoretical part also contains the question of mutual relationship between the teacher and the pupils. In the practical part the author focuses on the results of the research of teacher´s interactive style which was accomplished by the method of the questionnaire.
Becoming a teacher - a male perspective

This diploma thesis takes a closer look at the aspects that influence the process of becoming a teacher from the perspective of men. The theoretical part focuses first on general factors such as the personality of a teacher and teaching profession. It discusses the importance of a teacher?s personality and its development. Furthermore, it gives a description of the teaching profession, its demands and requirements, and its different phases. Next, it proceeds to a more specific issue which is the position of men in education. Finally, it describes teachers of foreign languages as a specific group of experts. In the practical part five male teachers at different stages of their careers are interviewed. They are asked about specific aspects that influence the process of becoming a teacher. The questions are structured into three parts: becoming a teacher, demands and requirements of the teaching profession, and men in education. At the end of the thesis my own conception of a good teacher is introduced.
Becoming a teacher - a female perspective

The aim of this thesis is to analyse and describe aspects related to the process of becoming a teacher. The thesis is divided into two parts ? theoretical and research. In the theoretical part the thesis derives information from specialized publications dealing with teaching topics and discusses the history of teaching profession, teacher?s personality, competences and typology. It also analyses the prestige and the causes of feminization of the teaching profession. In the research part using a qualitative study it investigates aspects related to the process of becoming a teacher from the female perspective. The research is based on in-depth interviews with female primary school teachers in different periods of their teaching practise. Dealing with both parts the thesis summarises and generalizes the main aspects affecting the process of becoming a teacher. The thesis is completed with my short essay on a theme ?good teacher?.

It deals with effective methods of teaching with emphasis on factors influencing the sucesses of teaching and also respecting the child and his natural development. The theoretical part provides backround information based on psychological and pedagogical theories about childhood, teachers´s personality, secure climate in the class etc. The practical part contains methods of teaching English using a game as the most natural way for teaching young learners.
THE PERSONALITY OF A THEACHER AND TEACHING OF CHILDERN WITH THE SPECIFIC LEARNING DISABILITIES

The aim of this diploma work is to make a research procedure adequate to the topic "What does the nowadays teacher working with the children with the specific learning disabilities look like?" The main issue of the project, based on the survey questionares directly relevant to the research, is to find similarities in the structure of the teachers´ personalities. The research procedure of interviewing the teachers tries to achieve an idea of an idol teacher working with the children with the specific learning disabilities.
