Health and social risks of obesity and unhealthy life style in relation to preadolescents and adolescents self-concept

The intention of this dissertation is a special investigation of a new innovative approach to reduce the weight of pubescent and adolescent people with overweight and fatness by creating positive changes in self-control and self-respect using an interventional active programme. The goal is to determine a method to reduce the overweight and describe the correlations of psychic conditions and social risks of the overweight and fatness of pubescent and adolescent people. The basis of the programme is several techniques of yoga and yoga configuration. The investigation observed 224 participants and the interventional programme was undertaken by 133 participant of the age of pubescence and adolescence. The programme was applied for twelve weeks. After finishing the interventional active programme, the body weight and BMI were reduced and positive significant changes were reached in shortage of hypodermic fat and decrease in depressive states and anxiety of the participants of the programme. Generally, the anthropometric measurements were implemented in case of 1136 participants. The established hypothesises have confirmed the right supposition of the effect of the interventional active programme. The ascertained data were processed statically and evaluated in collaboration with the Gartner{\crq}s Biomedical Laboratory of CTU Prague.

My Bachelor Thesis deals with a subject of mental hygiene in the Czech Republic. The theoretic part focuses on actual health knowledge as a complex, and also its particular parts and influences which take effect on people. In the following it briefly characterizes psychological description of a group of adolescents. The practical part contains methodical mental hygiene educating plan created for secondary school students. Formation the programme as well as its results come from diagnostic methods - interventional method, questioning, observation, projective technique. The programme is based on 10 meetings and its result shows its high benefits even from short time education. There was students{\crq} expressive turnover in the way of self evaluation. They also rebuilt their values, expanded their knowledge and interpersonal relations acquirements and they got to know new options of active exercises.
The Valuable Orientation of Pubescents

The dissertation deals with formalization a value orientation in pubescence in a relationship with internet use. The general angle of the dissertation is theoretic, the most methods that are used are descriptive methods and partly relational methods. The general structure of the dissertation is divided to four basic chapters. First chapter defines terms of attitudes and values from the philosophic, psychologic, sociologic and pedagogic perspective. The second chapter deals with a pubescence phase, its difficulties from the viewpoint of formalization of a value orientation. The third chapter is focused on internet and there are generally mentioned eventual effects resulting from its use. The fourth chapter finally summarises the foregoing chapters with the accent on formalizing a value orientation in pubescence in a relationship with internet use.
Diagnostics of Interests in the Pubescence

This work inquires into diagnostics of teenagers` interests and its using into educational process. My work is devided into three main parts, which dissertate generally about interests, about interests` in the pubescence and about possibilities of interests` diagnostics. The first part disserts on interests generally, it engages in free time activities and facilities which can offer them. The second part characterizes pubescence and teenagers` interests in this period. An attention is devoted to factors, which are partaken in forming and creating interests by an effort, which goes with this difficult period. Then also free time activities which are the way of prevention against social patological effects of teenagers. The third part represents pedagogical and psychological diagnostics, which is interested in diagnostics of free time activities and diagnostics of personality.
Adolescents´ orientation of value

Annotation This graduation thesis discourse about value orientation of adolescentes at present time. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical sections. 1. Theoretical part appers from present-day knowledge of pubescence and adolescentes and it explains the terms such as pubescence, adolescence, social progress, emocionality, identity, value tendencies and selfconception. The thesis describes time of adolescente and sociable and psychological characteristics of these young people. You can find information about system of secondary school at present-day. The last part of theoretical sections aims on comparing determinantes of personal progress and on their influence on progress of value our teenagers. 2. The practical part interprets results of research, which was realized on two secondary school in last year-class. The purpose of the research was to find out value tendencies of adolescentes at present time and show personal values of these young people. The results of research are presented not only collectively but also like results for gender groups. This point of view is important for comparing tendencies of values among young girls and boys.

Localization of sport clubs for childern at the age from eleven years - region České Budějovice\\

The Bachelor project watches and maps out sports clubs for children older than 11 years in České Budějovice, which can be attended in leisure time. Aim of the project is to find out basic information about the sports clubs (data about operation, activity, structure, base for members, background) and make it accessible to general public on websites. Basic method for data collection is using questionnaires. In the project I have also took advantage of statistics of south Bohemian association ČSTV. 29 people replied. Art Activities Motivations in Leisure Time of Children in Older School Age - Project Seagull

Diploma work is separated into two parts, one is teoretical and the second is practical. Teoretic part defines and describes topics of motivation, leisure time and older school age. It links and specifies connections between them. The practical part is trying to apply theoretical knowledge about motivation and use it in the real world with older children through creative project. The main source of this project is book from Jonathan Livingston Seagull. The project is trying to use a non-violent way to develop pubescent{\crq}s imagination, creativity and ability of self-realization. It uses dramatic education, creative activity and physical activities to acomplish this goal.
