Progress and transmission of contagious diseases during floods and the population protection

The introduction contains a description of floods and possible risks that can be caused by floods. The danger lies in the fact that with the large natural floods occur more and more often. One of the main dangers is the fact that people can underestimate possible risks, which the floods bring. Inhabitants of affected areas are in the risk of increased incidence of infectious diseases transmitted by water or food, which could turn into a local epidemic. This part of inhabitants is more sensitive to infections due to the decreased immunity of organism caused by stress, worsened hygienic conditions, chilling of the body, close contact of greater number of people, etc. The consequences of the floods can further cause various health risks from drowning, injury caused by the objects being carried on water, water and soil contamination by oil products, physical exhaustion, to psychosomatic illnesses. The aim of the thesis was to find out which infectious illnesses are being spread and analyse the prevention of their origination. A part of the aim was fulfilled in the theoretical part which describes the most common illnesses which occur the most. In the practical part the aim of the thesis is fulfilled by prevention of origination of infectious illnesses.

Nuptiality of the population in the Czech Republic

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the process of nuptiality of the population of the Czech Republic. The goal is to analyze and evaluate the demographic process not only in terms of time, but also from the perspective of space at the level of regions and districts of the Czech Republic. On account of studied literature, nuptiality is examined from several perspectives. In terms of intensity of marriages, the number of marriages is analyzed, as well as the related crude marriage rate. In terms of timing of marriages, the average marriage age of the bride and groom is studied along with their age at the first marriage. In terms of homogamy and heterogamy marital status of engage couple, ethnic composition and structure of education of brides and groom sis analyzed. There is also an attempt to explain the reasons for changes in individual characteristics. Analysis and the obtained results are presented via maps, charts and tables.

The target of this bachelor thesis is to determine the possible existence of selected depending economic indicators (data) to total debt relief in individual regions Czech audiences. In the first part will be to present the legal issues of the Act no. 182/2006 Coll., On Bankruptcy and Its Resolution (Insolvency Act), which will focus primarily on the way to solving the debt of the debtor's bankruptcy. There will also be briefly described some economic indicators (data), in particular regarding the possibility of subsequent detection of possible connections with debt relief, just.

Analýza demografického vývoje mikroregionu Ostrožsko-Veselsko

This diploma thesis is focused on an analysis of the number and structure of the selected population segment and on the demographic dynamics trend of the microregion Ostrožsko-Veselsko in between the years 2001 and 2011. These demographic indicators were analysed as follows: natality, abortion rate, mortality, marriage rate, divorce rate, migration and total growth. Any trends of the selected demographic indicators were predicted by using an appropriate trend function for upcoming 5 years ending. The reason for choosing this topic is the absence of any more detailed analyses of the microregion development strategy, so this thesis can be used as a base for its formulation in the future.

The Objective of this Bachelor Theses is to Evaluate the Progression of Settlement Structures of Olomouc from the Age of First Settlement to Present. From this Poin of View is the Progression of the City Divided in to Three Phases: Preindustrial, Industrial and Postindustrial in which Are the Gradual Changes Captured in Physical, Functional and Social Structure of the City. Within Spatial Structure is Evaluate Alocation of Particular Functional Areas in the Space of the City, Platform of the City and Horizontal and Vertical Dimension. From the Demographic Viewpoint is Evaluate Social Structure of the City Throught Statistical Methot of Time Line Equation via the Trend Function. Time Line Equation of Particular Demographic Indicators are Captured in Years 1995--2013 Always with the Prediction of Future Progression for Another Three Years.

Demografická analýza mikroregionu Mikulovsko

The aim of this diploma thesis is to create an analysis of the number, structure and demographic dynamics of the population of micro-region Mikulovsko in the years 2003--2013. In that period were analyzed following indicators: birthrate, abortion, mortality, marriage, divorce, migration and overall population growth in the micro-region. Through the use of an appropriate trend function was predicted a development of selected indicators by the year 2018. The reason for the elaboration of this work is the absence of such a detailed analysis of the micro-region development strategy. The work can be used as a basis for its processing.

Analýza demografického vývoje regionu Tišnovsko

The subject of this thesis is analysis of the demographic development in the region of Tišnovsko in between 2003 - 2013. It is an attempt to capture the progress and develop-ment of this area in terms of demographic structure and in terms of demographic dynam-ics. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on a literary review of sources with the de-scription of basic demographic indicators. The practical part is then focused on analysis of concrete data from the monitored area. Some indicators also have prediction of future development, or comparison with the higher territorial units. The thesis is ended with a composite indicator that assesses demographic development in the different municipali-ties of the region.

Road-accident investigation and evaluation critical places on urban area Brna

At first, the work focuses on the statical description of the condition of the highway and railway system in Brno and the South Moravian region. Above all, it focuses on the statistics of the accident frequency, the intensity of transportation and the trucking traffic flows. In its analytical parts, it computes, from the available statical datas and the condition of highways, frequent sections of the accident frequency, dangerous places and the most used routes of the freights of dangerous chemical substances and detergents. The work evaluates the jeopardy for the inhabitants and the environment.

Regional differentiation in the population development of South Bohemia: historic-geographic analysis

The master's thesis deals with the formation of territorial differentiation in South Bohemia region from the point of population development. The structure of the regional settlement system has undergone dynamic and uneven development that has been affected by a wide range of varied factors. As a result of their spatial interactions, numerous micro-regional disparities appeared. The primary purpose of this study is to determine the impact of these factors both at the level of individual municipalities and the level of micro-regions. Empirical data for this research were collected from the national population censuses, regularly gathered from 1869. Because of this time constraint, the main attention is paid to the industrial period that is also considered as the most important stage for urbanization processes. The study is divided into four significant parts: the crucial analytical part is preceded by a brief introduction of the most important possible determinants and the contextualization of regional population development in the context of nationwide trends. The third part is the core of the research that is based on the analysis of key factors on a sample of 103 selected South Bohemian municipalities. The second analytical part builds on the conclusions of the previous one and deals with an assessment of changes in the dynamics of population development at the micro-regional level. Within the final synthesis, the micro-regions are divided into categories based on the core-periphery concept. Furthermore, the generalization of the main trends and the prediction is implemented. Finally, all the research hypotheses are both confirmed or refused.
